“Good taste and texture, this is my second bulk purchase of Peppersmith gum (~12 months worth). The flavour doesn't last quite as long as your normal Wrigley's extra but I'm happier with the supposed health benefits i.e. no aspartame!”

“I love the mints but I'm not a fan of the new pouch package. It looks wasteful compared to the simple carton box it came in before.”

“Dear Peppersmith. The mints are good. Some of the changes that you have made in the last year are not welcome. A comparison between my orders of October 2023 and September 2024 is instructive. You have changed from Mighty Box to Mighty Pouch, each of c. 100 mints, and increased the price of each by 25p; that's ok. However, you also have changed your minimum order quantity from 4 boxes to 6 pouches and increased your postage charge from 99p to £2.49; neither of which is welcome. I buy these mints for my wife. 6 pouches is c. 600 mints which, at 1 a day, is over 18 months supply. The best before date on the latest pouches is March 2026, so just about ok. Look at the time between my last 2 orders and you will see that 4 boxes (400 mints) lasted my wife 11 months, which, allowing for her having given one box to her daughter, broadly corresponds with normal usage. Yes, I know that you do mini-packets, but the prices of these is disproportionately higher than the price of your Mighty Box-Pouch and makes them uneconomical. We have found a shop which supplies your mini-packets, but they further increase the retail sale price. Please re-think. Regards.”

“The mint could ideally be stronger and longer lasting, but these no doubt leave my teeth feeling very clean when i have them after meals with no bacteria build up through out the day.”

“Great company, quality products providing natural and healthy alternatives to the mass produced toxic products that have become so popular. Easy to order and quick delivery. However I wasn't that impressed with the gum as found the flavour to last only a very short time compared to other chewing gums around (of course should be noted these other gums are not healthy for teeth and gums). So only 3/5 for me for the chewing gum. The mints however are great and would rate 5 out of 5”

“I sent an email to Peppersmith regarding their webpage that claimed that Erythritol was one of the best sugar replacements because new research has shown this may not be the case. I received an initial reply but I see the webpage has not changed.”

“Easy to order online and kept fully abreast of delivery status throughout. As for the product: bought selection of mints and chewing gum. Mints come in variety of flavours (strawberry, lemon, peppermint etc): 5/5. Chewing gum I was less mad about; they loose flavour very quickly, like, after 20 seconds. 2/5.”

We think you're pretty MINT too Andy! - Team Peppersmith 💚 P.S We use no artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or aspartame. This can mean that the taste does not last as long due to the natural ingredients. 💚

“Dealing with the staff is great but on arrival of my parcel the chewing gum packs were all bashed in as they were put loosely in the box and went all over the place. The outside box was also damaged quite badly. Its a shame as usually the packaging is excellent.”

“I love these mints and will purchase no other mints as they have set the bar high. However, was not happy about now having to order minimum of 6 boxes I think it was for the mega box mints as this has increased from the previous minimum order of 4 boxes.”

“I love these mints, and the fact they are sugar free. I heard about the benefits of xylitol and decided to try for myself. It's early days yet but so far I know I love the taste, and there is no weird after-taste. Overall very refreshing. The one thing I was not sure about is the box is a little fragile to be just throwing in my bag - it could either be squashed or fly open or both so I keep it upright in a pocket of its own for now. So far no accidental spills but knowing myself it's bound to happen sooner or later. I would like to request a better closing card box please. Thank you”

“1st time I have tried Peppersmith. Very nice mints, as my usual source of xylitol mints has been very difficult to find recently. Bought them directly from website. Good prompt service. Lemon and strawberry pastilles also good. Will buy again”
