The zip sticks around the corner areas. The coin section is tiny and material hard so difficult to access. In fact it is quite hard leather not good quality. The only thing I like is the colour! Waste of money.

i ordered several days ago, haven't had an email to say why the handbag has not arrived. I presume its out of stock. Be good to get a message to tell me.

Was expecting a delivery of my order today 25 October got a message from courier that they have not received bag from perfect handbags. So I have no idea when my order will arrive have heard nothing from Perfect Handbags not impressed

I ordered this bag on the 16th and as yet the delivery status is Awaiting Fulfillment a week tomorrow. I need this bag for a wedding in a weeks time and I can't make contact with you.

Despite my initial very positive review I must now retract this. I bought bag 2nd February it arrived broken. Received replacement which broke after 2 outings. When I asked for a small discount on a more expensive bag I was told no! It is now 5th March and I have no bag and no refund. Very far short of 'Perfect Handbags'

Sent for a leather handbag in the sale. Arrived v.quickly but alas it was the wrong one. Contacted company and in fairness their response was immediate. Awaiting next response and resolving of problem, will update on outcome as is appropriate .

The item I purchased was worth, at most, half of what I paid for it! I have no complaints with the service. Thank you for your generous offer which I will take up. The bag has not been used. My review above referred to the value of the item, not the suitability of the user. Perhaps I have been misunderstood! In the days of recycling, why would anyone keep the original packaging weeks after purchasing an item! It was not my intention to return the bag, but to flag up that your bags were not worth the money.

We're sorry the customer didn't like the Bill Brown bag and felt it was poor value at £18.50 - we never like to hear of an unhappy customer so we've offered a full refund including a postage paid return (and she doesn't have to return the original packaging either!). This bag has been very popular this year, but everyone's taste is different especially with bags which is why we have a no quibble return policy - if you don't like a bag you purchase we'll refund in full whatever the reason.
