“Initially I was a little worried because I recieved no confirmation e-mail and when I logged into my account it said I had not ordered anything ! but after I sent an e-mail to PH I had a very quick response apologising for the error and was assured that my bag had been despatched. It arrived 3 days later. Haven't decided if I'm keeping it yet,it's very good quality but it's larger than I expected and a very "orange" Tan. If the returns experience is as smooth as the purchase I shall definitely recommend to my friends and family.”

“Having a beach holiday so ordered the navy/cream stripe tote bag with soft brown handles. Delivery excellent, bag a good size and design fashionable, overall a good purchase. Would definitely use this site again.”

“I ordered a wrap on 21st and paid for next day delivery - I am still waiting! I emailed yesterday to enquire about my order - I am still waiting! The only thing I have successfully received from Perfect Handbags is an invitation to write this review! Very poor! I have since been contacted by customer services and have received an apology, refund of postage and the wrap! There definitely was an error but they have subsequently handled it well and restored my confidence.”

“Original order was dispatched from another company and was faulty. I contacted Perfect Handbags who were very apologetic and sent a replacement the next day. Despite initial problem Perfect Handbags could not have been more helpful and kept me informed all the way. Well Done - will use your company again!”

“Struggled a bit placing my order... took me a while to realise that 'view bag' was not a link to show me the bag that I had ordered, but was to examine the contents of my basket and allow me to check out. That was frustrating . However everthing else was great - good price, great product and rapid delivery. Specially good was the excellent packaging which ensured the bag arrived in pristine condition. Happy wife, happy life!”

“Evening bag was excellent but to pay extra on Friday for next day delivery I as an inexperienced on line buyer I felt let down by the comment when I rang to find out where the bag was "everyone knows that next day delivery is Monday when you pay extra on Friday!!" not on when you pat extra £4.99 for next day delivery”
