“The bag was ok but neither the description or the photographs showed the main compartment was not zipped - so I have twice emailed for a returns label as I don't wish to keep the bag and I have not as yet even received an acknowledgement, much less a returns label”

“I found a bag I was looking for and the price was great and ordered for the next day delivery, unfortunately it didn't arrive the following day as there was a problem with the post. I'll probably buy more handbags soon.”

“For a small bag has lots of fastenings. Also it was delivered to a neighbours house an no note put through our door, only pot luck I knocked as tracker said delivered two days ago..”
