“Brill quailty H&R lowering springs for my 2018 insignia grand sport. Lowered perfect no bumps or bangs! Only one thing they need is to use a different courier than DHL as they are so slow. 2 weeks from order to delivery...”

“Euro Performance prices are very good (the lowest I could find for the ST suspension kit) but there was little, if any, detail on postage/delivery times on their website. It transpired that Euro Performance don't actually carry the item in stock so had to order direct from the manufacturer in Germany. This resulted in a delivery time of about 8 or 9 days from ordering - which isn't a huge problem, as long as you factor this in when ordering.”

“Good service received. Goods took a little longer to be delivered than ideally wanted but this was not the fault of Euro Performance, it was the manufacturer that was slow to despatch the order. Product: H&R lowering Springs Customer service was very good & would not hesitate to use again. Overall very happy & would recommend.”

“Order and delivery was very efficient. Unfortunately we had to return the goods purchased for a refund. Again communication prior to the return was fairly good. However the goods were returned on 4th August 2016 (signed for as having been received on that date) and to date, 12 days later, no refund has yet reached our account. Therefore had to mark them down on this basis.”
