“Very helpful people at Perry Real Estate College. I would recommend their services 10/10 times (and I have tried other providers). The course was very straightforward and simple to use. More educational courses should be built like this one.”

“There is no clock I have. O idea how many hours I’ve completed. Some module tests have incorrect answers or no answer at all and I’m only in the first module a bit scary”

“I would recommend Perry Real Estate online courses to anyone interested in getting their Realtor license. It is self-paced and well structured. The national and state exam prep tests can be used repeatedly as study tools! And the cost was very favorable compared to other online sources I investigated. Not least, the three people I interacted with by phone, on very issues, were all very kind and helpful. What more could you ask for?”

“Material is decent and the platform is expedient. Questions could be drafted more carefully as well as organized by unit better. I would use them again - definitely beats sitting in a classroom!”

“The Kentucky Pre-License course at Perry Real Estate College was just what I needed to work quickly but at my own pace to get a Kentucky Real Estate license. As a full time teacher and mother of two, I needed a flexible online course through which I could work at my own pace and at times that were convenient for me. This course was a perfect fit for my needs. Once enrolled, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the course was to navigate, and I really appreciated how quickly my instructor offered feedback and answered my questions. I feel like I am sufficiently prepared to pass the state licensing exam, and am looking forward to working soon as a Real Estate Agent!
