“The Kentucky Pre-License course at Perry Real Estate College was just what I needed to work quickly but at my own pace to get a Kentucky Real Estate license. As a full time teacher and mother of two, I needed a flexible online course through which I could work at my own pace and at times that were convenient for me. This course was a perfect fit for my needs. Once enrolled, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the course was to navigate, and I really appreciated how quickly my instructor offered feedback and answered my questions. I feel like I am sufficiently prepared to pass the state licensing exam, and am looking forward to working soon as a Real Estate Agent! Perry Real Estate College offers a flexible pathway for anyone looking to enrich their life with a career in Real Estate.”

“At 54 years old, some on line classes are a challenge to navigate through the process. I give a five star to Perry Real Estate, and their instructors. I completed the course and tested out with a 93. Thanks to Mr. Gray and Ms. Bonnie Lewis for their patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this course to anyone going for real estate license. T. Hamby.”
