“The course was navigable and provided a lot of useful information! Developing a Business Plan and Policy and Procedures Manual is not an easy task;however, this course helped guide me through step by step! Not only did I feel very well prepared to pass the exam but I feel prepared to move on in setting up my future business! Kent and Bonnie were a pleasure to work with and very easy to contact!”

“I passed the test and although there some spelling errors and Q&A questions where I got the questions right and was graded as wrong, the course was easy to follow. on a similar note, most of the questions on the state final were not in the quizzes or tests. I was seriously worried about half way through the final that I would fail miserably but managed to pass.”
