“We have reported a list of snags during our moved-in inspection. The customer care kept delaying the repairs for 2 years and is not plainly refusing to do anything as it's past the warranty. This is despite us chasing them multiple times and them assuring us that any issues reported prior to warranty expiry date would be fixed. Terrible customer service.”

Saved hard brought a flat off plan which they took forever to build kept coming up with excuses for delays, finished 6 months late. I was on the third floor no lift as they threw a part away kept being promised it would work, unable to move in completely and family to visit for 6 months. If there are any snags they remind you that they will do it as courtesy if they will do at all and they don't. Just be prepared to do yourself and pay out more money. Really are a poor builder that don't care about there buyers at all.
Its about time this company should be look into as they are building homes that they make you complete on so they can get your money when the workmanship is very very poor.”
“Having worked at a persimmon development for the last 3 years, and watched houses being built over that time all I can say is these houses are not fit for purpose and borderline dangerous. Building materials left to the elements for extremely long periods, timber frames not constructed correctly, inverted brickwork at gable ends, no fire protection. This is a company that is only interested money. Once you have taken ownership of a property you are considered irrelevant and will receive little if any aftercare for the crumbling mess of a false dream you have just been sold. Avoid at all cost!!”

For all other problems, even it is in 2 year warranty they say why you did not raise this in key release day. It was fckng 20 mins and they expect you to see everything. Never buy a house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“I worked for persimmon the methods they use are beyond belief, timber frame panels left in the rain for months on end ,stairs falling apart because they are fitted in minus temperatures so glue doesn’t bond , lowest quality insulation which is sometimes soaking wet due to being delivered in the rain, and many other examples. only interested in getting houses finished no thought put into quality. Always asked why can’t it be done today instead of working out when it is ready”

All the jobs pick up on the home demo was not corrected on the move in day and even up to writing this review am still waiting for them to be fix all they care about is sale shocking service.

“Misled and we feel miss sold our 465k property in Hanson Reach, Stewartby. The property was bought off plan, the plans were transversed and not a true reflection of the property design and layout. We have been in residence for nearly 12 months and our snagging list is still active, from new windows, to kitchen ceiling being cut through to look for banging pipes, to a workman who came to repair pipes then cutting through a gas main pipe. Appalling experience which has caused untold stress and ill health on our family.”
“My daughter saved hard and sadly bought a Persimmon home.. She couldn't wait to move wrote a snagging list which was passed onto the site sales rep wrote a second snagging list which was passed onto the rep. Not one issue on those snagging lists have been resolved now after 2 years Customer couldn't Care deny receiving anything and say its now passed the warranty period.. Anyway she settled in and went for a shower which flooded the lounge. Phoned the help line they duly turned up the next day and found the outflow hadn't been plumbed in... She had to clean up her brand new house on her first night...
I recently had to redo the plumbing as the same thing happened again... The quality of the repair was shocking nothing tightened etc.
I have bought loads of houses over the years and I have never encountered such all round shoddy botched up workmanship ever. I wouldn't trust them to put one brick on top of another without cocking it up.. I loathe this company with a venom as everyone here says they are a disgrace. I hope they go bust....
Whatever you do, do not buy one of their homes you be better of buying shed from B and Q.”

“They were supposed to remedy H & S issues with the large main entrance to our multi build Estate. They consistently dodged and appealed and now, after over 6 years THIS is our Estates main entrance. We now have to come and go thru a tiny winding residential road.. Madness.. Newton Abbot Fairways..”
“this is one of the worst companies that builds which never comes back for a proper repair and they never inform residents about any works. Ive been woke up at 8am with drilling machines and street being scraped without being informed also the only exit route wa sblocked unable to go anywhere with my car. nobody seem to care and this of not even s construction site anymore for 6 months”
