“I ordered a phone case with my sons name on it, u can hardly see the name, what’s the point in having it done. It was £16. I could have ordered one without a name for £6! I feel robbed!”

“I had a slight issue with the courier not leaving a card through my door despite trying to deliver my item. I contacted PFG and after apologising for the lack of service from the delivery company they swiftly sent out another item which I received only 48 hours later from my original email where I queried where my order was. Top customer service and brilliant quality products. My dad will love his mug!”

“The personalised evolution of man Football mug sent was totally wrong. Firstly I wasn't sent the correct mug, secondly it was the wrong football club and thirdly had a picture of Man.City striker Sergio Aguero. Upon notifying the personalised website I have now received the correct evolution of man mug in the correct club colours but the wording from the original mug has not been included but changed merely to The Evolution of (recipient's name) which is OK but not exactly what I thought I had ordered. As the mug was originally a pre-Xmas Birthday Present, I have had to substitute it as a Xmas present instead. It will have to suffice even if not strictly as I was expecting for the message.”

“I placed an order on the 7th December for a Secret Santa gift to be given on the 19th, I received an Order confirmation and nothing else, I rang the phone number provided and left a message for someone to contact me, no one did. Atrocious! To be honest if you had said that you were snowed under with orders and would be late in despatching I could have dealt with that but there has been no contact whatsoever I'm now going to put an IOU into the Secret Santa - Very festive, thanks a lot!”
