Not received personalised mug ordered on 06/12 for the office Secret Santa. Advised it despatched 08/12 after emailing for a status update. As of today it is still showing in production. Please don't ask me to call customer services, I've sent another email and they can contact me. Very disappointed and it means a trip to the shops to get a replacement gift as I am not convinced it will arrive and if it does I just hope I pull the same name out of the hat in next year's Secret Santa.......

I have ordered 4 items and I have only received one of them. They emailed about another one asking which phone case I ordered when it clearly stated that on the order. I still havent received it or heard anything about the other two items. I have emailed them to chase them up and not had the courtesy of a response

Hazel at Personalised Football Gifs went "above and beyond" the call of duty to make sure that my gift arrived on time. Unfortunately the Post Office let us all down, but I was very happy with the service I received from Personalised Football Gifts - and Hazel should receive a Gold Star for her efforts to help me !

Still haven't received my order from 30th of November despite being told it was dispatched 7 days ago . VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!!!!!!

The t shirt I received is awful and I have requested a full refund. The white men’s M t shirt doesn’t even fit me (a size 8 woman) and is so thin I can see straight through it. Do not buy this item, you will be very disappointed!

My wife bought a personalised Cardiff City beach towel as a Christmas present for £40. Te quality is dreadful. Very thin. It also appears to have a 1" threadbare section in the corner...and this is just on removing from the packaging BEFORE use. My wife is now chasing them for a refund!

I have yet to receive an order which I paid extra for a first class delivery. I 'phoned up and was assured there was no problem and I should get it the next day (which would already have been late) - but that was 3 working days and nothing. According to the website it hasn't even been posted yet. Far too late for the intended recipient, if it comes I'll have to keep it for his birthday next year. Never again - don't advertise a service you can't deliver on.
