“The photo frame was from my Auntie Elaine & Uncle Ian so I haven't seen it yet. This was excellent and I'm sure my Nephew will love this fabulous gift for his little Son Logan. They are both German but support Liverpool and England after my Brother.”

“Aesthetically the overall finish, coating and colour of the mug exceeded my expectations. A good-looking gift to give. I would have preferred a maker's stamp on the base as people are conditioned to think this is a reflection of quality, which in this case it would have been. Overall it looked much better than I expected for the money.”

“The people that I have dealt with on the phone have been great BUT -I received no acknowledgment of my online order so I had to email to ensure that you had my order , only then did I receive an order confirmation and order number and when the item arrived it was supposed to be a Tottenham Hotspur Personalised mouse mat but I got a NUFC mouse mat in the name of someone else - imagine my surprise as a Sunderland fan !! I have been promised the correct order - so fingers crossed .”

Hi, I am sorry you had to email us to check we had your order. All confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. Occasionally these can fall in spam/junk folders. I am very sorry that you have received the incorrect order, this sounds like it has been a packaging error and the wrong mouse mat has been packed with your address label.
