DO NOT USE SHODDY - 40th b/day card text was incomplete so recipient did not know who it was from. Price was not as advertised on website. Emailed asking for a refund as the text was not as per order confirmation but did not even get a reply.

The item still hasn't arrived so I can't really comment other than saying that the delivery has taken longer than expected.

I contacted PFG via their ' contact us' tab, the day after I placed an order for 2 sherpa personalised sherpa blankets, to cancel the order as my wife had previously ordered these items but she had no correspondence to confirm the order or delivery, The items she ordered arrived the day after my order was made for the same items. I had no reply until after the items were delivered so I have to pay twice.

I have order jumper on the 19th of November and it's the 1st of December today and the item still hasn't arrived yet. On 22nd of November I received the email from your customer service asking me what size I have ordered...how that's possible you don't know the size? The system wouldn't let me to finish order if I wouldn't recorded/marked the size. I am not happy at all! Julia Leather

Mug arrived damaged. It was in a box with no protective wrapping, so unsurprising it was broken. Second mug send as a replacement - same lack of packaging so again chipped and broken. Refund requested.

No star at all. As I sent email to sales department on 22nd November the day I received my parcel broken! Very cross customer as they didn't get back to me yet. Send photos. Want my money back

I was not happy, you say 25 words yet what I paid for I never got, Happy Anniversary I wanted but got only( Happy )on the cup good, job my wife see the funny side, but I'm still not happy with this

Today I received delivery of my : personalised Leicester City FC dressing room mug, which was ordered on 8/11/19. However the courier said that the mug had been damaged in transit, as the broken pieces could clearly be heard from within the unopened box. The courier made a note on their PDA that the item had been delivered in a damaged state, and that it will be returned. When my purchase is re sent, I would like it to be delivered in a bigger box, and the mug to be wrapped in sufficient bubble wrap to protect it whilst in transit.

Item delivered was incorrectly personalised. When I asked for confirmation of what I had ordered they simply sent a photo of the item they had sent.

Shady practice to advertise a t shirt on the website with team name and year established, then in order to add it to your basket and order have you type in the established year so that the gift now becomes a "personalised item" and not subject to normal returns/exchange policy. Only need a different size because the sizes themselves are quite misleading. Very poor experience and customer services have been nothing short of shocking, will never see any of my business again.

The picture would of looked amazing and make a super gift for my boyfriend’s mother, as their dad died and that was his favourite football team. Now I have to find something else as the picture was bent and stuffed through the letter box, and was signed for. Disappointed.

I ordered a card for a 25th wedding anniversary 2 weeks ago before the event. The anniversary has been and gone and still not received the card. I had 1 email 2 days after ordering saying there was a problem their end but it would be resolved and I would receive well before the event, I have since sent 4 emails asking where it is but I have NOT had a reply, I think this is absolutely disgusting you have taken the money out my account now that is fraud.

Stay away from this company!!! Still not recieved order and sent several emails and NO RESPONSE!!! Clearly people order from here and pay extra for something special! Rubbish non existent product and customer care!!
