“Not at all happy. I ordered two personalised birthday cards. one was fine however the other one the name was incorrect. It should have read Daniel Dempsey-Robbins but the last three letters were left off. when I emailed I was told to reorder and pay for a new one as I should have checked it. I'm not impressed with your customer service and will not be using this company again.”

“T-shirt arrived with the personalised name and number printed on the front! No reply to my emails asking for a replacement and there is no telephone number to ring. Worst customer service I've ever come across. Not a good advert for Millwall Football club.”

“Ordered glass tankered with foot ball crest and name engraved on it, glass was faulty marks all over it complained, didn't get enough information about when to expect replacement, and when that arrived was no better really poor quality glass, obviously no quality control what ever, wouldn't advise anyone to order from here, and can't believe my football club deal with company”

“I have yet to receive my order despite paying extra for next day delivery. The order was placed on the 14th April, I was advised that Hermes had the wrong address and advised of the correct address on the 17th April, it is now the 24th of April and I still have not received my order.”

“Quality of item purchased very poor. Frayed edges, horrible rubber smell, which transmits to your hands when using the mouse mat, total rip off. SWFC should ashamed to use such third party suppliers”

“Really poor experience. Ordered cuff links for a birthday gift and 2 weeks later they still haven’t arrived even though I paid for express delivery. It’s now too late for the birthday. Apparently courier lost them and new ones still haven’t arrived after 5 days. In summary they obviously need a new courier”

“Rubbish website, company and service. Left two letters off my boyfriends surname.. now insisting it was my mistake and that the personal message was in the order confirmation (it wasn’t) then no interest in helping resolve it had to rush out and get another present for him total waste of money .. don’t use this company”
