“Unfortunately I am unable to write a review of the product I ordered as a gift for my Father as it still hasn’t arrived! I contacted the company a few days ago and they garentee dit would be with me however no not here! The company were very speedy to take the funds for my product from my bank account though”

“I ordered a t-shirt and after 5 days I contacted them to enquire about the delivery date as it is now near Christmas and I wanted to make sure it would arrive in the next few days. I was simply asked 'what size do you require?'. When I explained that I had already ordered the item 5 days ago and it was an XL, I was told the lead time for making the item is 4 days. Again I explained that I had made the order 5 days ago and was eventually told that I had not specified the size when ordering. I then pointed out that, if that was the case (which is unlikely) then I should not have been able to complete the order. Even if there was a system issue where you can place the order, why did no-one contact me? Had I not contact them to make an enquiry I would still be waiting for a t-shirt that was never going to arrive. There was no reply to this message. No offer was made to speed up the order and get it to me for Christmas. I am still waiting for the refund which I have been assured will appear at some point.”

“Shocking service. Paid for first class delivery and the items still haven’t arrived. Rang customer service twice who were unhelpful and just kept repeating it had been dispatched. Won’t use again.”

“I have still not received the item ordered and I am bitterly disappointed. Where is my order? You obviously don't give a dam. If I don't get my order I suggest you reimburse my money. What part of I have not received my order do you not get. Surely I should have a replacement. I am £10 out of pocket and no goods”
