“This is a rip off. Poor quality - very disappointed child. A notebook worth 50p that cost £14 incl postage. Just so it can have a thin, poorly printed inserted page with a name and number. Typical football clubs - impoverishing their fans so the players can be even richer. Ridiculous and frankly shameful.”

“I was very disappointed with the gift. I thought it was a proper jigsaw puzzle which it was not. Furthermore I ordered it at 5.08pm on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive until Friday giving me no chance to buy my friend a different birthday present.”

Hi Brian I am sorry you are disappointed with the item and I have investigated this for you. We do say the size of this on the website (30 pieces (25cm x 17.4cm)). We also say "Order by 2pm and receive the following working day" so as you placed your order after this time it went into production the following day for delivery by 1pm on the Friday. “The mug I ordered came with the wrong number to the player. On enquiry I was told that I had made the mistake! When I originally placed the order both myself and my husband double checked that we were correct as it was for our son's 40th birthday and the whole family are Man Utd supporters! Any and every excuse was given that I had made the mistake - will not be using this firm again!”

“I haven’t been very pleased with this company. I haven’t used them before and wanted a present for my brother. I ordered and chose first class delivery so that I would get it before his birthday. It is now a week later and I haven’t received my order or heard about it being dispatched. My brother is now getting over a week late birthday present!”

“Card arrived without any bubble wrap protection so was a little bent. But worse than this was that my message was not fully printed and so off-centre. Surely someone checks the cards before they are delivered. I have used other personalised sites before and have never had a problem. Fortunately my friend saw the funny side but I was embarrassed!”
