Ordered a card and half the writing was missing. When I emailed about it, I was told that was the way it was on the preview and wasn't proofread. I find this very hard to believe as. The preview looked perfectly fine to me

Hi The cards are produced automatically, exactly as is shown in the preview when you place the order which is why we ask you to check the order carefully before placing it. I can also see that as a gesture of goodwill your order has been replaced with the correct spacing.

Ordered over a week ago, days before any confirmation and nothing since. Not recieved my order which is supposed to be a birthday present. Won’t be using them again.

Hi Peter As you placed your order late on Friday, it went into production 1st thing on Monday morning. This item normally takes 3 working days to produce, however it was shipped to you on the 24th by your chosen postage option which takes up to 7 working days for delivery. If this still hasn't arrived, please contact our Customer Service Team

First card arrived but all the message inside HD no spaces so ordered again on 25 July A5 size, first class post, still hasn't come, But Money Taken for it

The personalisation text inside the card did not fit on the card and it allowed me to add the number of letters so surely it should all appear on the card. Not happy at all as I paid £5 including delivery for this product. I will not be buying anything else unfortunately.

I have still not received the shirt that I ordered a week ago and have yet to be informed that it has even been dispatched. So much for a three or four day turnaround.

Hi Derrick I can see that your order has been shipped to you; please allow time for this to be delivered. It does take 3 working days to make this item plus postage, which is usually up to 3 working days but Royal Mail occasionally take slightly longer. I ordered a gift for my mother from your site then realized within a minute of purchase that my computer had auto filled the delivery address incorrectly. I immediately emailed to correct the error and assumed everything would be ok. However I then received an email from you a couple of days later saying it had shipped to the wrong address.

Hi Jason Unfortunately we did not receive your email advising us of a problem with the delivery address until after your order had been produced and despatched. If you had called immediately we would have certainly changed this for you from the billing address. Can you confirm this has now arrived at the address you supplied to us?

I ordered a phone case and it arrived in good time, however I ordered it to fit an iPhone 5s but it arrived as a case for an iPhone 7, I guess I will have to buy my friend a new phone as well as the case for their birthday. Also didn't get a conformation email.

At the moment I am very disappointed as I didn’t get an email confirming my order (but the money has been taken) and the card didn’t arrive in time for the birthday. Moonpig can get a card processed, posted and received within a couple of days ....

After a week of placing the order and paying for 1st class delivery we are still waiting for our frame and when emailed the company don't sound bothered at all won't be using again and shall be getting to the bottom of where the frame is at

Inside of card was incorrect and when I got in touch it was apparently my fault as I’d done it wrong, awful customer service will never use these again

Ordered on the 27th 2 items were on immediate delivery 1 was 1-3 days. The 27th was a sat so expected an email on the wednesdsy to say the order has been despatched. One item was a valentines card postage says 3-10 days.its now the 6th Feb and haven't received the email that the item has been despatched yet. So can't give an honest review as still haven't received the items. Hope they will come in time ! Will amend my review when it arrives.
