The way the poster was shipped was completely inadequate and the corner was bent upon arrival. I am experienced in my own business ( I am a photographer) with shipping valuable bits of paper. THIS SHOLD NOT BE DONE IN A RELATIVELY FLIMSY ENVELOPE!!!

Sorry to say my Manchester United mug was broken in transit it was in a small box with no padding

Still haven’t recieved my order and I havent even been able to track it because I dont have an account on your website - Cant even email to ask about my order because the email address is not accepting my emails ?

Thoroughly disappointed that all the wording wasnt put on my item. It was a special 50th birthday and its been spoilt.

Hi Hazel Your order was shipped to you on the 7th December by Royal Mail 2nd class post which takes between 3 and 7 working days to deliver. If it hasn't arrived within this timescale please get in touch.

Would not use again. Ordered online and realised i had made a mistake. Could not change the order as had been created. Over a week later i am still to recieve the goods. Repurchased the item but discount only valid on a separate site from where i originally purchased it from. Really poor experience!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I'm appalled by the service I've received. I paid for first class delivery a week ago and it still hasn't been despatched. I will not be using this website again.

Thought the website totally rubbish . I called customers services and emailed various time and absolutely no help at all in fact one lady quite rude as she was having trouble with her system so couldn't be bothered to help. I ended up ordering 2 items as website so rubbish and then the numbers I wanted weren't put on. Will not use again

Very disappointed with the mug I bought..when buying it I thought there would be only the persons name on it and that the print would be a lot bigger..I will not be Hoover it as a present

I had to pay individual postage for each mug which I find a rip off. One mug came 3 days ago and I still haven’t received the second one. I won’t be ordering from you again.

This site is rubbish. i have been trying to get a mug that was bought for me and nowhere on this site does it tell me where to go to get somrthing that has already been paid for.
