“I ordered my personalized gift item on 5th February, and was informed that it shipped on February 7th. As of Feb 28th the package had not arrived. I then called your sales center and they agreed to ship another package out the same day by "Express Mail" and to send me a tracking number. I called again today to advise that I had not received any confirmation of shipment or a tracking number, and was informed that the package was shipped but again by regular mail. They offered an apology - however, the special 80th birthday will undoubtedly be missed because of the failure to carry out instructions to express the package. This is a huge disappointment and clearly very poor customer service.”

“Very poor quality personalised babygrow. Bought this for a friend who is a die hard Wednesday fan and it arrived with terribly blurry writing and made withcheap materials. The fact that it cost £29.99 (which I thought was already overly expensive but wanted to make an exception for a personalised gift) makes this even worse. Very disappointed”

“A total disaster, tried to place an order five weeks ago Wednesdays system seemed to be off line. Eventually placed an order two weeks ago after speaking to the vendors. Glass paper weight arrived on the 2nd of Feb. Very nice but was nothing like what we ordered and not personilized as requested. Wednesdays shop is as good as its football team poor.”

“Its only one because we did a mug. The mug had no mention of who it was from it could have come from anyone so I could have got one half the cost I am really disappointed. I.dont think I would be recommending you to anyone just the opposite. Sue Wilson”

“Disappointed, made an error on ordering personalised phone case, (wrong size) sent email 40 minutes later as soon as realised to say error made could they please correct the order, got automated response saying closed, will respond when open. Received phone case earlier then expected, but ordered had not been amended, when I emailed them, they basically said it was my error.”

“Very confusing when ordering personalised t shirt, as it asks twice on the page the name & number but this is NOT to confirm. I ordered the large mens Reading FC official t shirt, but the confirmation DID NOT confirm the name or number ordered. When the t shirt finally arrived in a black plastic bag, it just looked liked it had been thrown in (by the machine!) & there was NO invoice or paper to say where to return the t shirt back etc! The t shirt was actually a medium size, but did fit my partner but I ordered a large for it to be baggy! The name was NOT in line over the number as it looked on the website & was very unprofessional. The lettering was suppost to be in red (the same as he Reading FC badge, but arrived with a BLUE Reading FC badge & blue lettering & number. The t shirt quality was extremely cheap & was definately NOT worth £19.99 + p&p! I've ordered personalised t shirts before from other sellers & they are far better quality for nearly 1/2 the price! This was a Xmas present, so there was NO time to sort the item out & they appear to just communicate through email & have NO persons to talk to directly. I will not be buying from this company again or recommending them. I also ordered items directly from the Reading FC Megastore direct & all the items arrived much quicker, in better packaging & an invoice including where to return the items back to. However, my partner was delighted with the READING FC Megastore Direct parcel, so no need to return the items! I did also ring the Reading FC Store direct before purchasing the items from them & they were extremely helpful & friendly......Unlike Personalised Football Gifts. The only thing that I guess was 'official' was the badge, but definately NOT the quality of the t shirt (it was unbranded inside!) Avoid & save your money!!!”

“i ordered 3 items but even though i have been charged i only received 2 of the items. pity as they were christmas presents. i took a trip to your store in Leckwith and they were unable to help me as it was a personalized item. not a very happy customer.”

“Not impressed. Paid for next day delivery on the 19th, item arrived on the 23rd. Wouldn’t buy again as obviously these items are typically gifts - paid £7.50 for next day shipping and it was pointless.”
