“I cant say it made me happy because as I live alone I find that it is very difficult ( almost impossible ) to manage the clasp. Otherwise I am pleased with the bracelet”

Hi Margaret, the trick to these bracelets is the magnetic clasp, place the bracelet face down on a flat service, lay your wrist on top palm facing down, bring on half up to the underside of your wrist, and then bring the other half up to meet it, at which point it will snap together with the magnetic, then it is easy enough to twist shut. Hope this helps.
