Received my item very quickly , but ordered a necklace and was sent the wrong size , left a voice message but no response , also emailed but have had no response. Ended up paying an extra £20 to have it adjusted by the Jeweller's

I bought a personalised peace of jewellery for my partners birthday, which he was over the moon with ... two days later the tags on the necklace began to tarnish ... .. its does mention solid silver necklace and to pay £169.00 not happy

This is tarnish which does happen with 925 silver and unavoidable especially in this weather, anything from suncream, perfumes, medications can affect 925 silver. It is a thin layer of corrosion that forms on metals and appears as a dull grey or black coating. Surprisingly, tarnish actually protects the inner layers of the metal,  only reacting with the outer layers as the silver reacts with sulphur compounds in the atmosphere. I recently purchased a ashes pendant for a very dear friend who had just lost her international champion dog. I tried many times to contact you by phone and finally by twice by email neither of which were answered. I realise that you were busy because of Xmas but I am very upset with the kind of service offered to me at a really sad time. I don't think I would ever use you again nor would I feel confident in recommending you. Sorry but I hope you will address these matters.

I am sorry but we have been closed since 20th December as the automated email would have advised you when you emailed us so we would not have been aware if you attempting to contact us. We return January 6th and will help you with your query then.

Not really true to the image. I bought a Male identity bracelet and it's very thin and small. Picture shows it as a chunky braclet.

Giving credit where credit's due. It was good quality sterling silver necklace and clear engraving as requested. My daughter actually loved the necklace. However, very disappointed that I specifically paid £9.99 for next day delivery and was only after I had paid for it that the confirmation email stated it would not be delivered until two days later. When I emailed to complain I felt insulted that I was stupid not to notice this was stated clearly and no one else complained. I was offered a cancellation and refund but by that stage it was too late and if I ordered next day delivery with another company it would still have been delivered too late by then. It's just left be very weary paying for next day delivery in future.

Sorry but it was stated clearly as best we could that we were not offering next day for that particular day, we put a note on our site and showed the date you would receive it.

I brought the triquetra necklace don't be fooled the pendant was very small the box looked very cheap and the necklace was very thin not what I expected so will have to buy another necklace for the pendant now which is very small

The chain was very discoloured didn’t match the item hanging on it and on one chain the clasp was broken couldn’t send back as it was a very important present and was needed on day it arrived

WHILST THE CONTACT WAS GOOD THE BRACELET WAS OF VERY POOR QUALITY LIGHTWEIGHT AND CHEAP LOOKING VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE BRACELET

The necklace took longer to arrive than expected, my daughter has worn the necklace for 7 days and now the chain has snapped from the name bar!

The whistle was ordered on the 3rd December for a 21st Birthday gift for the 14th December. An email to your company on the 14th followed by a phone call did not receive a response. A standard email late on the 14th confirmed the whistle had been dispatched and this arrived on the 17th. We were not only disappointed with the delivery time but when we placed the order it was placed with your company as you sold it in a presentation box. The whistle arrived in a cellophane bag - no presentation box, very disappointing for a gift. I emailed your company on the 17th December to notify you of this but to date I am still waiting for a response. We are very disappointed with your customer service and I still wait hearing from you with a response.

Earrings were beautiful, however sadly not secure. They were a very important present for a special little girl who’s had an awful year. The first day she wore them, and one fell out. So it’s gone. Gutted. And the Bracelet I bought looked cheap and flimsy. Waited over 10 days for delivery. Was told by customer service that my items had been dispatched days before, to then receive a dispatch email on the day I was complaining my items were days late. Terrible customer service who constantly fob off their customers. I’m out of pocket by £60 for one earring and a bracelet that definitely won’t last. Won’t buy from this company again.

Not happy at all. It does not look how it should especially the chain. Plus no funnel to make it easier to insert ashes. It's not what I expected at all even the box it came in horrid. You would think the little things would matter to you as they matter to your customers. The chain I brought is for a birthday present and I have had to replace box and chain not forgetting having to buy a funnel. Unhappy customer
