“Glass locket was nice - so was the engraving - but description & photo very misleading. It clearly states (& shows a 'photo') that you can hair inside this locket as well as ashes. As this locket is now in my posession & can 110% confirm that this i untrue. It is only good for ashes. As i got it engraved i cant return it. You should update your website listing”

“I sent an ashes pendant as a special gift to very special friend at a very sad time with the loss of her international champion, prior to ordering and after it was delivered I tried contacting you but neither times was my email answered. I realise that this was an extremely busy time but I felt a little more effort could be given to answering your clients enquiries. Not sure if I would use you again or recommend you.”

“I felt the box was very basic for such a lovely necklace. The chain was knotted and took me 20 minutes to unravel. The VIP card was a lovely gesture. No letter in envelope was quite impersonal. As said the necklace was what I wanted and looks good.”

“the jewellery was fantastic however the postage not so much, i ordered on the 31st July and standard delivery had the delivery date of the 5th August (daughters birthday on the 8th) which i thought thats great i dont need to do it on next day, 5th August never arrived, 6th August never arrived, 7th August i phoned only to be told that this delivery date was not guaranteed, nowhere did it say that on my order confirmation otherwise i would have ordered next day, it eventually arrived on the 9th August but was too late for my daughters 18th so beware if you are ordering give plenty of time or use next day, like i said the jewellery was lovely and i would order again but would take no notice of the delivery dates!”

“The locket looks great. Had trouble on the website though adding the necklace to go with it. So ended up without one. Bit unusual to not have one in my opinion. Now I need to try and find a necklace to match.”

“I paid £70 for sterlin silver dog tags + chain ... the chain is perfect but the dogs are like fading ? Going black , I'm a bit sad :(”

We are sorry to hear that you was not happy with the engraving on your bracelet, I can confirm that this was engraved, and not printed, I feel that maybe because of the quality of our engraving, which is super sharp and crystal clear you may have mistook it for printing, this is the difference between the £70,000 machines we use, compared to the £300 machines that others use. However if you still have any questions concerning the engraving please let us know, and we will be more than happy to answer any concerns you may have.
