I ordered this necklace for my daughters birthday on 31/10 but it has never arrived. I cannot even track the parcel as the Royal Mail tracking service just advises it will be updated when the parcel has been delivered!!?? So can you tell me where my parcel is?? I am very disappointed, especially since it was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter and her birthday has been and gone!! Please tell me where my parcel is ???

Not impressed got hardly any ashes in funnel didn't work so had to do it another way very messy and very disrespectful

We do state in the description 'The base of the tag features a small screw for you to insert the token of ashes'

Not impressed really it's supposed to be for ashes to put in the funnel dinnt work so had to get ashes in a different way very messy an disrespectful an hardly anythnk able to fit in

I bought this necklace for my sister and she wore it once and the silver has turned black. I am very unhappy with the purchase.

This unfortunately is tarnish, sterling silver is referred to and stamped as .925. This signifies that the makeup of the metal is .925 (or 92.5%) pure, or “fine” silver. Fine silver doesn’t tarnish, but it is also not strong enough for most uses in jewellery; a different metal is necessary to add strength. The other 7.5% in sterling silver is mostly comprised of copper and copper adds strength, but is highly reactive. The presence of oxygen or sulphur leads to tarnish and is caused by the reaction of the copper, in the sterling silver, to humidity and elements. Even perfumes, lotions, hair care products and sweat will accelerate tarnish on jewellery and also to avoid wearing in the shower or when swimming etc will help to stop it tarnish so quickly

Was not happy when my necklece arrived it was it was tangaled up it was for my daughter 10th birthday the necklace was massive l will never order from here again very unhappy

I am sorry you have felt it is necessary to leave this feedback, I have just checked your order, you placed an order on the 18th April, at 12.58pm, we dispatched your item on the same day, then you told us the item was faulty, and we asked for emails with photos to show this to us, which you supplied, and then we sent a new item on 23rd April, so in 5 days we turned the order around twice, and we never blocked you on Facebook, we have no reason at all to have done that.

Goods take far longer than they advise. No matter how many phone calls or emails I could never get in contact with anyone. The only way I could get some kind of answer was by using a PayPal dispute against them. Really would not recommend.

I have double checked the tracking on this item, and it appears it was held up by Royal Mail, as were over items on this day, we apologise for this, and are working with Royal Mail to establish why this happened to so many items on one day.

I noticed a mistake on engravement when send me the email, I called several times but only answer machine answered to my call, I leave a message to contact me back as soon as possible, my name and contact number, but no one replied to me. the delivery date it is for 15 February only arrived only on 18 February.

Standard free delivery is only estimated delivery, we do have an option to select next day. You are advised to reply to your confirmation email if there is an error with the wording you enter and we can amend instantly.

The item was not posted the timescale described on the website, what was even worse, was when I phoned and was told the item was being despatched that day, it wasn't and so missed the presentation it was ordered for

Not the greatest customer service. I ordered an item to be delivered in time for Valentine’s Day and it arrived late. I tried to contact the company multiple times and had no response until very late on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I asked if the company offered any good will when they let down their customers and received no reply. Not the best customer service. Won’t be a repeat customer.

My item I received in the post very late after ordering the item was also very disappointing when it’s come all scratched all over and looks really rubbish the final finish to it is terrible the letter inside the envelope doesn’t even come out :( I’m so gutted I ordered this item for my other half and I’m embarrassed to give the gift to her, it looks like I have spent a few pound on her, I really am gutted considering most reviews for this site are very good so I have no idea what’s happened to me item, I want to send it back but have just found out you can’t return engraved items ? But what happens if you get a engraved one and the finish isn’t good or the item is faulty ? Please can this be sorted ASAP thanks
