Although the quality of the jewellery is acceptable, the customer service is very poor. When the item I ordered was faulty because part of it had not being fitted, I tried repeatedly to contact the customer care phone number. No one ever answered, and the messages I left on the answer-phone were not answered either. Eventually I found an email address on the Paypal receipt which thankfully was answered. However instead of offering to replace the faulty jewellery, the missing part was sent on it's own in a small bag, so I'm now left to work out how to fit it. As I am a elderly person and have no suitable tools this is far from a good result.

As we advised, the missing part slips onto the chain, it does not need to be connected to anything, it slips on simply with the heart. You were more than welcome to return it for us to do but we felt this would be less stressful for you to do yourself.

Can’t review an item I’ve still not received, yet was told should arrive in time for xmas. Was unable to give as present had to rush out xmas eve and sort something else out. Poor service and delivery DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We did ship before xmas but were then closed until January, as soon as we were aware of non delivery we resent it.

Ordered something off here for my dad's 50th birthday over 3 weeks ago now and still haven't received it or let alone got a bloody reply from this company! There website says its been completed but yet they give me a tracking number that is not tracking anything! I even work in a delievery service company and i know its busy this time of year bIut this is bloody ridiculous! Do not order from this company if your wanted a special present for someone as they don't give a sh*t!

Ordered a bangle for my daughter over 3 weeks ago for it to be here for Christmas as it said “before Christmas delivery” got an email saying it has been dispatched on the 20th of December and it’s now the 28th and still hasnt turned up! I have rung 6 times and they said I would get a phone call back and I haven’t... the person I spoke to was quite rude as well! Not happy at all! I just want the bangle to come for my daughter!

Placed my order before christmas was told guaranteed delivery n time for christmas im still waiting for my item! Been messaging constantly to try an find out where my item but im getting nowhere doesnt seem like they care where my item is an the tracking number doesnt work either! Very dissapointed an will NOT be ordering again an if i dont get my item within a week i want a full refund!

Unfortunately I don't feel I can give a good review. I ordered a necklace on behalf of my grandson for his mummy. I paid extra to receive the gift in time for Christmas. What I thought was my order arrived and unfortunately it was someone else's order. It was then too late to get this 're ordered for my daughter to receive. This meant huge disappointed for my grandson and j guess also for the two children whose names were on the item I received.

Can’t review something I never received, ordered in plenty of time for a Christmas as it was a present and still not received. Was very upsetting having to explain to the receiver that their present never arrived and it ruin part of our Christmas. Had to rush out and buy something else late Christmas Eve. Won’t be using again

Customer service was appalling, the order stayed as 'payment received' until I contacted by telephone as I had had no confirmation or dispatch email. I was advised that someone would call me back personally, however this did not happen. Instead I received a quick email plus the status changed to pending. Time passed and again, they made no contact with me and the order status stayed as 'pending'. I sent endless Facebook messages and emails to the address that had contacted me that one time and although I sometimes got a reply, no one could tell me the status of my order or whether any progress had been made. Eventually, I sent an email demanding a refund if they were unable to fulfil my order. Maybe this kick-start some action because then within days the order WAS fulfilled. Contact with the company was minimal to non-existent and the speed in which they replied to messages was slow and at most times generic. The quality of the items were poor also, I will explain this in another section. Overall, I have never felt the need to complain so much with the final product being very disappointing. I would give this company a very, VERY wide berth.

Cant review item, as never received as not my signature 😢 asked you to contact royal mail to make claim as paul manager royal mail blackburn sorting office said until I phyically receive your responsibility. But numerous calls n emails you ignored! So merry christmas!! Im near on £40 down n no gift to show! Thanks your customer care is disraceful.

I still haven't received my order! Says dispatched over a week ago. Been emailing to find out what has happened to my order as was to be a gift for Christmas, but had only 1 reply and still no order!

I placed an order for the Amber locket on Sunday the 1st December. I immediately realised that I had made an error on the inscription, when I saw the receipt. I emailed and telephoned and spoke to Sue, she confirmed it on the phone the next day and in writing on the 5th December - "I have put your order on hold until you give the correct engraving Many Thanks Sue". When she emailed me the wrong inscription that day, I corrected her and she said no problem she would copy it over. It arrived on the 13th December and is still incorrect! Their response is totally unacceptable given the many assurances I had that it would be corrected. "Sorry but speaking to the engraver, he can only go by what you originally put as the notes were are not seen on the order, the whole purpose of giving the option to set out your own engraving before placing the order is to stop mistakes and it can't be changed after as when the invoice is printed for him the notes don't go with it. Many Thanks Personalised Jewellery Ltd". The gift is now useless! Extremely dissatisfied at the unprofessional service! As I have the emails and voicemails I will pursue this.

I ordered my gift over a month ago and it has not arrived. Royal mail has lost my delivery. I am very disappointed, what is the point of offering an online purchasing service when your delivery is unreliable. I waited both my time and money. Not to even mention the disappointed 11 year old birthday boy who never recieved his gift from his best friend in South Afica.

Not happy at all, bought this as a gift for my mum as my baby died and she was severely affected by my loss and the chain arrived snapped and love heart was scratched and writing so small we could barely read it, my last bit of money gone down the drain which is so upsetting at such a hard time.

My gift has still not arrived, so I am so unhappy. According to Royalmail it was delivered but the recipient never recieved or signed for it. What is the point of online purchases if your delivery is unreliable?

Poor quality definetely not worth £30 and product arrived with the wrong date engraved. Defo wouldnt recommend!
