“Lovely silver christening bracelet just what I ordered but it was presented poorly in a plastic bag in and earring box needed it as a gift so had to go out and buy better packaging. Speedy service but slow delivery time.”

I am really sorry to hear you was not happy with the presentation, I would like to look into this further for you, as it should have been in a box made for a bangle, with a raised insert to hold the bangle in place. The reason for the small plastic grip seal bag, is to stop it from getting damaged in transit by moving in the box, it also allows you to keep the bangle for any length of time, and avoid tarnish of the silver, as it is airtight.

Sorry you was not happy with the engraving, I have just had a quick check, and we engraved everything central as requested. As the item is fairly small, being for a baby, we don't have much space to engrave in, and we always try to use as much of the space as possible on this product, without it looking stupid.

I have double checked the tracking on this item, and it appears it was held up by Royal Mail, as were over items on this day, we apologise for this, and are working with Royal Mail to establish why this happened to so many items on one day.

“I recently ordered a Dog tag necklace from them. I placed the order on the 7th and received it on the 27th of February. It took very long for them to process the order and I had to make a number of international calls (I am in Canada) and finally had to yell them that I would submit a bad review for them to send it to me. Though the piece is beautiful but in my opinion it took way to long for them to ship it to me. Not to mention they kept telling me they will ship on a certain date and not doing it.”

“Bought a boxing glove necklace for my partner and i received no notification at all of when it would arrive had to ring up several times to ask for an answer ! When it arrived the glove part was high quality but the chain was not as expected flimsy and looks like it will break easily rather dissapointed with the chain but glove was great personally i don,t think i would shop here again”

“My pendant is lovely , however I paid for next day delivery, lost a day pay to be in for delivery. The delivery didn’t turn up , a mistake it wasn’t sent out. I was due to receive it on a Thursday ,I ended up having it on the Saturday but still charged for next day delivery. Even though I didn’t get next day delivery”

“I bought this for a present and haven't seen it but my nephew was very pleased with it. It was supposed to be delivered by the 16th of January but it was delivered on the 17th. “Lovely personalised gift however delivered over two weeks after anticipated date. I ordered the item on 8th November and it was delivered on 24th November. The website did not show tracking and I had to call to chase delivery. As a result the gift didn’t arrive in time for our anniversary.”

Sorry, we do not supply chains with any of our gold items as chains are very expensive and would mean we would have to increase the price of the product, and many customers already have a chain, or a chain in mind from somewhere else.
