Paula was so helpful, answering my questions on line, responding quickly to emails and managing to engrave handwriting from a photo I sent - despite this not being advertised on your site. Product quality is fantastic. My chain and pendants are unique and meaningful. One of a kind - an amazing gift to give or receive. I placed my order on the Thursday pm and it was delivered within 24 hours (on a bank holiday) - absolutely outstanding.
