“I bought dogtags for a very special man. He recovered from cancer and through those dark moments just wanted to play the song Never Enough continuously and loudly. I had part of the song subscribed on to 2 dog tags. It was so beautiful. Thankyou very much.”

“Good quality merchandise and the engraving is excellent, my only complaint is contacting personalised jewelery. No one answers the phone and delivery, you should not advertise next day delivery if you cannot complete it, and the answering of emails, I have sent two or three emails without getting a reply within the two b hours time slot”

“Very good Customer Service and communication with Sue who, despite being incredibly busy, made time to get my order completed and went out of her way to get it in the post (nicely packaged), so that I could receive it by the Monday in order for me to get the charm necklace posted with a card to Australia as a matter of urgency. Definitely recommend”

“I purchased this wonderful bangle in memory of my Mum who has just passed away. The service was excellent and I am over the moon with the bangle, which is a nice weight and the inscription out of this world, I know my Mum would be very pleased. I can only highly recommend this company firstly for the quality of their product and secondly for the prompt service. Thank you guys for making a sad occasion one to remember.”
