“I ordered from Personalised Jewellery, a beautiful Childs bracelet with a name engraved on it...Unfortunately, I had spelt the second name wrong so I contacted Personalised Jewellery and explained my mistake, I was able to rectify my mistake without any fuss or trouble. The following morning after I had ordered this bracelet, my Post Lady delivered the bracelet to me.....I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Personalised Jewellery, for their EXCELLENT products and their EXCELLENT customer service and delivery. THANK YOU PERSONALISED JEWELLERY.”

“Absolutely brilliant, my order was with me the next morning. Although I didn’t get next day delivery. The necklace was beautiful, everybody made a comment at my grandson christening how beautiful it was, and where did I buy it from. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars all the way. Thank you.”

“I was absolutely delighted with the efficient service that I received from Personalised Jewellery. I made a mistake when I filled in the name that I wanted engraving on the bracelet, a telephone call through to the company amended my mistake. The bracelet that I selected for my Granddaughter's first birthday, was perfect and the engraving was wonderful. I was even more delighted to receive the bracelet, the following morning in the post......THIS IS EXCELLENT SERVICE......THANK YOU.”
