“Started a bit slow when I had a difficulty with online payment section and to took quite a few phone calls to order direct. They were obviously busy and once I got through all went well and after a reminder the item arrived very quickly, I was pleased with the quality of the item and so is my husband. “I ordered 2 heart neclaces engraved for my mum and dad to give too my daughters for christmas, they are beautiful, there were a few tears on Christmas day from my girls and mum and dad, really sentimental, They are excellent quality and lovely chain, great service, would definitely recommend Personalised Jewellery.”
