“BEWARE!!!! Awful vendor; I do not recommend this seller at Manor Marketplace. I bought several items. All sizes were off (not standard). T-Shirts for ladies, size M, were more like small sizes. I also bought XL, and I had to give the t-Shirts size Xl to the person I initially purchased for the size m (so imagine XL was similar to a regular M size) The opposite for man sizes. HUGE! I bought M, which was like a size L or more, and the L size was like an XL. I also bought a pair of shorts, supposedly equivalent to size 8 American, which was more between size 4 and 6. And I did check all sizing guides before buying. Also, one item was missing. And another, the description on the website was misleading. I was expecting a T-shirt, and I received a pullover! In summary, I am unhappy about all items in the order. I had to pay 5 CHF for delivery. But to return the items, even though all things are wrong, I am supposed to pay for carrier costs, which is more than 20 CHF.... so It means losing 25 CHF (almost 30% of the value paid for the items) for a purchase of 90 CHF and trust a lousy seller.”

“order a purple pair of small swim trunks I have received a AQ053 large pair of cheap navy/red swim trunks what is a man with a 30 inch waist going to do with those duct tape them on I want what I ordered I would never trust this seller I have been working a couple of days on trying to get this returned now Russell B.”

“I ordered the item from Pertemba as a "marketplace vendor" on the Bay website on December 1, 2023. The delivery estimate was 5 - 7 days. It is now December 14 and there is no sign of my package. I submitted a message to Pertemba on the Bay website to ask about my package, but the Bay website says it could take several days to receive a reply. This item was intended as a Christmas gift. At this rate, not only I will I not be receiving this item in time for Christmas, but I will likely have missed the return deadline (30 days after purchase) by the time it arrives. Even if I don't miss the return deadline, I will have to pay a $12 return fee and I already paid for shipping when I purchased this time. I will now need to quickly try and find another gift as I cannot rely on this item arriving. This is horrible service. I would never have ordered from Pertemba if I'd known that the delivery estimate was so wildly incorrect.”

“ordered 4 weeks ago never arrived won’t give me details to where it is and leaving me to chase it up. now late for a very very important birthday present and don’t offer any assistance - i have read similar reviews stating never got products. DO NOT BUY from them. they are using covid as a delay excuse however got stuff delivered from UK to AUS within a week so that isn’t an excuse at moment”
