“Compré a través de Amazon con una fecha de entrega a día 24 de junio 2026. El 24 no llegó pero me daban esperanzas diciendo que antes del 26 llegaba. El día 25 aseguraban que llegaría, pero nada más lejos de la realidad. El 26 a mediodía y como última fecha no había señal de reparto así que les escribí. Me aseguraron que sin problema recibiría ese mismo día, que tenían hasta última hora de la tarde para poder recibirlo, que no me impacientase. Llegaron las 22:00 y nada, que no salió a reparto ni lo recibí. Ahí empezó mi pesadilla... He estado escribiendo un montón de veces al supuesto vendedor y primero me mienten diciendo que es MRW el transportista, cuando en la app me aparece correos. Luego me dicen que sin falta llegará el 28 que lo tienen todo preparado (el 28 es domingo y aquí no reparten) les vuelvo a decir que me han engañado y me salen por peteneras pidiendo disculpas diciendo que es que como lo traen desde fuera ellos no se hacen responsables. Si eres el vendedor, eres el responsable!!!! Estoy muy muy enfadada. Si me llega, que tengo mis dudas, devolveré el producto y ojalá les tarde el triple en llegar....”

“Zero stars is too many. Promised return labels for unsuitable items were not included in the package, and refunds took an extremely long time; in fact, I'm still waiting for the promised money. Furthermore, the product itself was also inadequate. Import fees were also incurred, which should never have been charged.”

“Brilliant, until you want to return a parcel through Evri. Both companies denying any knowledge of my very expensive boots. Impossible to actually speak to anybody WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN”

“Brutal service!! I ordered from the Bay over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my order. Their tracking system is terrible! They continue to tell me that the item has reached it's destination. They lie! Had I known this I never would have ordered. Service like this is cheapening the Bay's reputation.”

“I ordered the item from Pertemba as a "marketplace vendor" on the Bay website on December 1, 2023. The delivery estimate was 5 - 7 days. It is now December 14 and there is no sign of my package. I submitted a message to Pertemba on the Bay website to ask about my package, but the Bay website says it could take several days to receive a reply. This item was intended as a Christmas gift. At this rate, not only I will I not be receiving this item in time for Christmas, but I will likely have missed the return deadline (30 days after purchase) by the time it arrives. Even if I don't miss the return deadline, I will have to pay a $12 return fee and I already paid for shipping when I purchased this time. I will now need to quickly try and find another gift as I cannot rely on this item arriving. This is horrible service. I would never have ordered from Pertemba if I'd known that the delivery estimate was so wildly incorrect.”

“I purchased a rain coat from them and it was the wrong size, it said a size 10 on the jacket and I had ordered a 12. I returned the jacket and a JPERROTA signed for it on February 10, 2022 and the company is saying they did not received it. The tracking number for FedEx is 394240468260.”

“order a purple pair of small swim trunks I have received a AQ053 large pair of cheap navy/red swim trunks what is a man with a 30 inch waist going to do with those duct tape them on I want what I ordered I would never trust this seller I have been working a couple of days on trying to get this returned now Russell B.”

“ordered 4 weeks ago never arrived won’t give me details to where it is and leaving me to chase it up. now late for a very very important birthday present and don’t offer any assistance - i have read similar reviews stating never got products. DO NOT BUY from them. they are using covid as a delay excuse however got stuff delivered from UK to AUS within a week so that isn’t an excuse at moment”
