“ Peruvian Connection needs to quickly rectify their lack of refunds for returns if they want to stay in business. They say the delay is due to new software. This is not acceptable, especially since they also have made several errors over the years in shipping, necessitating my paying for a return which I otherwise would not have had to make. ”
