I like the products as have purchased previously however I am still waiting for my order after 3 weeks. I have contacted the customer service through email twice and still haven’t even had a response. Very disappointed.

I placed a order on 26th Nov. I am still waiting for it. I contacted the company on 9th asking for an ETA. I got a reply on the 11th apologising & advising they would look into it. Still waiting for a reply. It is now the 18th Dec. Poor customer service. After writing my review I recieved a credit back to my account & an email asking me to revise my review. This is my feedback & my experience. Good or bad.

Terribly dissapointed after following the instructions to a tee, and doing my stains 3 times over I still have stains. 70.00 later for a 300ml bottle of PetLab , I am extremely disappointed, unhappy, and now having to engage a professional carpet cleaner at more expense. This carpet has only been used for 7 months, brand new.

Hi Colleen, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate all feedback so that we can continue to grow as a small family owned business. Unfortunately when it comes to cleaning there is not always a 'one size fits all' solution as there can be many variables that may effect the outcome of the treatment for stains particularly if they are heavily embedded older stains that may have burnt the fibres which can be irreversible. We do however have professional cleaning advice available all the time, and offer a 45 day money back guarantee. I was so excited to get this product after watching the videos and I can say I am thoroughly disappointed! I have used almost an entire bottle of the cleaner and deodoriser and the smell is still the same.

i accidently bought the wrong product out of my cart as it was same price within an hour i text hoping to swap to the product i really wanted a reply came that i was in a que and eventually someone would get back to me. the next I heard that day that the product i didnt want was beig sent in the mean time no word .i contacted paypal and rxplained it all to them and they gave me a refund. endless emails from your company telling me its been shipped but NO help what so ever I just wanted to swap products now I get an email3 days later that i can send it back when it arrives for a refund No i will not take it when it comes. simple solution turned into a nightmare

Our customer care team work tirelessly to get back to our high volume of enquiries at the quickest pace, however we do ask for a 24-48 hr leniency which unfortunately can sometimes miss the time frame to amend or alter orders processed.

Once you try and cancel your subscription they won’t stop sending you time after time I have been in contact to ensure it is cancelled and they continue to send me products I don’t want. It wasn’t even what I requested at subscription. Time to cancel credit card.

0 STARS if I could! This product does NOT work and left my carpet smelling worse than before. After multiple emails to the company they stopped responding as I stated the website says money back guarantee if it doesn’t work which it didn’t. DESPICABLE customer service, do not waste your time and money on this SCAM!

I wasn’t happy with the product but decided to keep it rather than send it back. I then got sent another even though I emailed to cancel my order they still charged me & sent it out,

The item was not delivered for over two weeks passed the expected delivery date. And due to the tracking I could see the item was only sitting at the delivery depot a few suburbs away from my house. I almost emailed asking for a refund becuase I could’ve just bought a similar item from a local pet store instead.

Dear Ratlab , Heard good things about your project but after an order was supposed to be delivered a month had passed or more and then I got an email saying they wouldn't deliver it to my country. So I guess I can say that it didn't work at all but the product that I found to replace it worked perfectly. Austin

I brought the PetLab Grubby Paw Doormat - Traps Dirt Instantly (Ultra Absorbent Microfibre Chenille) × 2 and have been very disappointed in the quality and toughness of the mat. Within an hour our dog had split the mat material with his claws and the seems around the edges all came apart. Ultimately it’s a normal standard bath mat with a dog paw image in it, making it very expensive at nearly $50 each. Won’t be using these guys again!!
