"Took out a repeat order back in Sept, went to the site to order the item again (having forgot there was a repeat order setup - absolutely no indication on the product page that I have a repeat order setup for the same item), moved house last year so changed my address in \"My Account\", received new item.\r\n\r\nA week later get mysterious emails from Amazon to tell me there's a delivery on the way (to my old address) from Shipping Pet Brands Limited. Who are Pet Brands? I'm still not sure - I think Pet Supermarket just drop-ship from legitimate stores.\r\n\r\nSpend an hour calling various numbers to ultimately find that Pet Supermarket are the ones that are sending this - explain the change of address (from 4 months back, and that I've updated my address in My Account - removing the previous one over a week ago) four hours before the item gets delivered at left outside.\r\n\r\nExplain the situation via back and forth emails, each time I get \"we would not be able to assist further on this matter\" - despite the issue being with their website.\r\n\r\nWarning: Who are you doing business with at Pet Supermarket?
