I just want to let the CEO of company as well as others what a great experience I had when I as well as my adopted pet were assisted by Jesse - a salesman working at Pet Supermarket in Miami, Florida. 33133 (2720-A South Dixie Highway). My senior dog is a very anxious & nervous pup. She was spayed a couple of days before I visited this store. She began licking her sutures and this was not to happen as per vets. I went looking for a comfortable cone for her to wear but she resisted, fought back by moving from side to side, was trembling, etc. I knew that she would be very anxious, restless and nervous besides pain from surgery and most likely wouldn't work due to her circumstances...Jesse went to the cashier area & brought treats for her to eat and make her less nervous. He went back & forth to cashier to get different treats for her because she did not like the previous one that he brought. He then decided to get a special one that she immediately loved. He sat on the floor with her, rubbing her head, her body, even kissing her for her to feel more comfortable. Was talking with her. She immediately liked him and became calmer. We then spoke about a possible suit that will cover her abdomen so that she wouldn't lick wound - he proceeded to bring a recovery support calm paw that he tried on her and seemed to do the trick instead of cone. I was so impressed & happy the way Jesse handle the situation and how easily it was for him to make my dog calmer and appreciative to have this problem resolved. I not only purchased the suit but also got the cone just in case...I bought the treats she liked, cleaning wipes and shampoo. He even suggested for me to visit the store with her so that she could be exposed to people as well as pets for socialization purposes. He told me that we should consider the store & him our family from now on. What a great experience we had on that day that I met Jesse.!! PetSupermarket should feel proud to have such a gentle, professional, caring salesperson working for you. I am grateful that I met Jesse and he helped me on that day.

Customer Service! People Please beware when you order from this company, if its says error, technical difficulty, after you have processed all your info, they will take your money and send you the product with NO Verification number, NO Invoice Number, NO email sent you to what so ever! But they still take that money and ship it to you and you will never know unless you check your credit card!!! Yes, you can return it at YOUR convenience? Like Really, who does this??

Not trust worthy don't dispatch monthly repeat orders when signed up, no communication to say items out of stock just co standby changing delivery date daily they will let you pets starve!

Went to Pet Supermarket today on HIllsborough Blvd. in Deerfield Beach Fl. A male manager was there and a female clerk....I was not greeted, and waited while they were with a delivery man and a customer....the manager finished and went back to his counter work, I had to ask him to help me find the cat litter disposable pans....he said..."we don't have any" and went back to his work...then I asked for regular pans, he looked around the corner and WALLA! came back with DISPOSABLE pans. The clerk who looked like Pet Supermarket was the last place she wanted to be rang me up, no "have a nice day, etc. etc. just let me walk off............I will NEVER return. Martha Monaco

I recently visited store # 142 in Hollywood, Florida and was very impressed with the staff and changes being made in the store ! I have been a customer at this location for many years and it's nice to see a new manager running this location and a staff that is very helpful , loves pets as much as myself and enjoy working there !

I am a new dog owner and I walk into the pet supermarket store in Homestead I believe it’s store 819. There was a gentleman at the register in the front he greeted me and was on his phone. So I came over and I asked him where do you have the leashes he pointed me to direction of the back wall I am not sure exactly what type of leash I need so I walked over to him and I asked him do you have just a simple tie up leash he said no everything they had is on the wall. I said it kind of confusing because I’m not sure what I’m looking for and he turned to me and said “well maybe we should read”! I have worked in customer service before and I have never said that to a customer and have never been told that before today I ask for his name Eric and he’s the store manager. I tried to educate him on how to talk to customers and he was very dismissive. Because of this experience I will not be shopping at pet supermarket in Homestead Store 819, I was not treated correctly.

Phone service is a problem on their end ,don’t want to waste the time and gas driving to them trying to find out if they have feed for my reptile that is not in stock and they tell me to call before I go there.Wish they would do something different. So I found a website to order my feed online, what a find. Better than wasting my time on trying to get through to pet supermarket on their phone line GOOD LUCK trying. You might get an answer like ( the customer you are trying to get does not have a mailbox thank you) and that’s the end of the phone call. Good luck pet supermarket. Spend a little extra on your phone service and you will probably have more sales.

Bad company. Unethical marketing, dishonest advertising, terrible order shipping, non existent customer service. Top executive ranks in the bottom 10% of all companies which obviously trickles down through the ranks. If you’re due a refund you can forget about it, you’ll never get one. Do a Google search - there’s much better companies out there.

went in to take a look at cichlid like at all new pet stores i find you all know the same ol same boring cichlid and was very excited to fin they have a nice variety they had peacocks and even had dick. when was the last time you went into a b&m store and found disk fish or royal blue peacocks. so i ran into olivier who answered all my question without hesatation and new his tuf are subject was on plant for my tetra tank and algy eaters for the tank so he hook me up on some perfect sice fishes but here its all about the plants never seen such a collection i go back every week just to see whats new. its a must go if your into plants for your fish tank and oliver will def help

Great store with a great selection but heaven help anyone who needs to get a refund. I had a transaction take place on 10/24 and realized after the fact that the cashier didn’t apply my coupon to my purchase. The return was made right then and the purchase was the. made with the coupon pricing. It is now 11/10 and after multiple attempts in store to remedy the situation along with multiple promises to be contacted by “corporate” and still NO REFUND OR ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION!!! Next step if filing a grievance with my bank which I was trying to avoid. Great selection but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought a water fountain which needs a new replacement filter every month a year ago. Last six month I struggled to get new filters and finally I cannot find any filter online any more. They are still selling same water fountain but no filters... I wrote this review on their website but it’s not been shown. Obviously they are choosing which review they want to be shown.

Didn't receive my order and have now been waiting several weeks for a refund of over £80. Have used them several times in the past but never again. Am currently pursuing a legal claim against them for my money back

I have used pet supermarket three times.first a bit iffy,but I have noticed they have really upped their game.intend to use it from now on for our two dogs needs.nice to see a firm taking it on the chin and improving .

First, they took a week to process my order because they didn't have the item I had bought in stock. Then my order was handed over to their delivery company - at which point things got a whole lot worse. I was promised three different delivery slots - on each occasion, nothing arrived and no message of explanation. In the end, their telephone customer service team admitted they had lost my parcel about two weeks earlier, but had still gone ahead and promised me delivery dates!! I said I wanted compensation for poor service and dishonesty. They said I would have to talk to Pet Supermarket. Pet Supermarket refunded me for the lost order and said they would put a £10 credit on my account as a goodwill gesture. This never happened. Do not use this company - or their sister company MedicAnimal. Bad service.

Since adopting my 2 dogs last year I have bought quite a lot of items from petsupermarket.com and have been impressed by the speed of delivery and their returns policy when I bought 2 coats in the wrong size. However I recently raised a query about one of these coats and received a very impolite, badly-written, ungrammatical and factually inaccurate email, which seemed to wrongly assume that I wanted a refund - which is not what I asked for. Clearly this company is fine as long as you don't ask for help or advice, so sadly I have bought my last item from them. Online companies need to look at their customer service responses, there are plenty of alternative sites.

Appalling service from pet supermarket! We have been a LOYAL customer for a very very long time with multiple family members all shopping with pet supermarket and sister companies and they have treated us horrendously! First mistake we accepted an apology / cancelled order and put it down to the new system issues they were having! Second mistake which was nearly 2 months after the first so we thought all would be well with the ordering system by now, it could have cost my dog his HEALTH AGAIN as we order a special renal food and I don’t take it lightly! After two nearly 3 weeks of not receiving my order I contacted pet supermarket and they were still having issues with the new system and were trying to revert back to the old system, this I have no issues with, the issue I have is the LACK of communication and disregard to inform their customers that they would not be dispatching orders any time soon, or EVEN have any of the items in stock! they took my money when they didn’t even have the items in stock Even after three weeks from order! Surely this is illegal let alone immoral! I could understand an everyday food treat item or toy but not to contact people ordering MEDICAL VETERINARY food is completely immoral and shows this company puts its profit margins before the health of its customers pets! I have lost all trust in this brand and its sister companies now and I have informed relatives and friends of my experience also. I have to say this company also has 3-4 of the leading online pet websites under its belt so please also beware as they are all fulfilled by the same dispatch centre and have the same low level of customer service! I have proof of all of my conversations with them recorded which I’m happy to make public as a member of their staff from their customer service informed me they have tried to get management to put a notice up on the website or email customers regarding this matter etc , which fell on deaf ears! I would AVOID this company and all of its sister companies , they show no respect for customers no matter how much you spend there. Utterly disgusted in the treatment I have received , there is no excuse for this level of disregard they have for their customers. ( even after forwarding a complaint via the phone I have still not heard anything! )

Order placed 29/11/17 paid PayPal confirmed goods were dispatched on 4/12/17 no goods have yet been delivered, no delivery reference number in order to track, do not answer emails or phone calls left hanging on phone waiting whilst being charged 10p per minute for the pleasure.This company advertises a fantstatic customer care led by Andrew Bucher who will contact you within 24 hours if you have any issues what a complete load of bullshit.will not be using this company again

As with other similar reviews, they took my order, sent confirmation and then nada... no delivery, no communication at all. They haven’t responded to emails, and won’t pick up the phone. Shame, because they used to be good, but this has the hallmarks of a failing company, so steer clear!!
