You are correct, the Silk Rose Petals you ordered are not real rose petals as they are made from fabric. I am sorry if you overlooked that in the title and description. They do, however, look very realistic, so just looking at the photos I could see how you would think they are real. In fact, petals from your same batch of Red were used in the Jennifer Lopez premiere just this week. You can see how they look here: https://people.com/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-attend-premiere-this-is-me-now-8580289 They used over 100,000 of our red silk rose petals, the same petals that we use in our silk petal and candle packages. Since they are fabric, they don't smell like roses, which is why we include rose scented candles.

“I completely forgot to order petals before my wedding. I was so grateful to find petal garden less than two weeks before the day. I immediately purchased (on a Sunday night) and the next day, they were shipped out and delivered by Tuesday with expressed shipping. I was extremely impressed with the turn around time as well as the quality. Cannot wait to use them this weekend.”

“I have never written a review for a purchase, but the outstanding customer service has compelled me to write one now. I ordered several organza and silk bags, unfortunately one set of bags was sent to me in the wrong size. I emailed customer service to explain I needed them soon and received the correct size bags in less than twenty-four hours. If Petal Garden shows this level of customer service to such an inconsequential order, I imagine any customer, especially a bride-to-be will be thrilled with the experience of dealing with them. A bonus was that the quality of the bags was as exceptional as the customer service.”

“Great company . Delivered promptly . Quality products . When the wedding coordinator forgot to spread out the rose petals down the aisle the company accepted the return deducting a 20% restocking fee and refunded me the rest . Thank you”
