“10 cups of petals is not at much as you might think. And the pictures are misleading, I was expecting smaller petals for the 10 cups. But good quality of petals and very pretty colors.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of adding photos of each of our freeze dried colors alongside a quarter and a ruler so you can get a perspective on how large our rose petals are. The larger the petals, the fewer that fit in the 10 cup package, but the area they cover is the same. “I set the petals in the bathroom with the door shut while my husband took a very long shower. I removed the petals after the shower like the instructions said. They stayed dry. Even after I sprinkled them, they never were moist like real flowers. When people accidentally stepped on them, they crushed and were dry. Very disappointing.”

I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed that your freeze dried rose petals were dry and did not soften as much as you were hoping. While the care instructions we include with your petals list steps to help them become slightly softer, we do note they will not become as soft as a fresh petal. I am glad you were able to use them, on an aisle they look exactly like fresh petals, so softening isn't necessary. The freeze dried petals will break when stepped on, but that is a benefit for most venues as fresh petals will crush and bruise when stepped on, causing them to be slippery and stain.
