“I completely forgot to order petals before my wedding. I was so grateful to find petal garden less than two weeks before the day. I immediately purchased (on a Sunday night) and the next day, they were shipped out and delivered by Tuesday with expressed shipping. I was extremely impressed with the turn around time as well as the quality. Cannot wait to use them this weekend.”

“I have never written a review for a purchase, but the outstanding customer service has compelled me to write one now. I ordered several organza and silk bags, unfortunately one set of bags was sent to me in the wrong size. I emailed customer service to explain I needed them soon and received the correct size bags in less than twenty-four hours. If Petal Garden shows this level of customer service to such an inconsequential order, I imagine any customer, especially a bride-to-be will be thrilled with the experience of dealing with them. A bonus was that the quality of the bags was as exceptional as the customer service.”

“Great company . Delivered promptly . Quality products . When the wedding coordinator forgot to spread out the rose petals down the aisle the company accepted the return deducting a 20% restocking fee and refunded me the rest . Thank you”

We are very sorry they didn't arrive in time for your wedding. I saw you ordered on a Friday morning and selected "UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)". We shipped on Friday within hours of your order coming in, however, UPS only counts weekdays for their transit, so your order was delivered on Monday.

“Based on reviews, I ordered rose petals from Petal Garden. We needed them for the flower girl. The communication from Petal Garden was excellent and they let me know when they would ship the petals based on the wedding date and our departure. The petals came nicely packaged with storage instructions. They were perfect on the wedding day and I have already recommended Petal Garden to a friend. Thank you for your excellent customer service and product!”
