“I completely forgot to order petals before my wedding. I was so grateful to find petal garden less than two weeks before the day. I immediately purchased (on a Sunday night) and the next day, they were shipped out and delivered by Tuesday with expressed shipping. I was extremely impressed with the turn around time as well as the quality. Cannot wait to use them this weekend.”

“I have never written a review for a purchase, but the outstanding customer service has compelled me to write one now. I ordered several organza and silk bags, unfortunately one set of bags was sent to me in the wrong size. I emailed customer service to explain I needed them soon and received the correct size bags in less than twenty-four hours. If Petal Garden shows this level of customer service to such an inconsequential order, I imagine any customer, especially a bride-to-be will be thrilled with the experience of dealing with them. A bonus was that the quality of the bags was as exceptional as the customer service.”

“Great company . Delivered promptly . Quality products . When the wedding coordinator forgot to spread out the rose petals down the aisle the company accepted the return deducting a 20% restocking fee and refunded me the rest . Thank you”
