“I do not think I can do quick and concise! Cate and Petalina are amazing! The web site is so informative - I learn so much each time I visit. The pictures are fantastic. Everything goes well from the introduction to quick delivery to Canada! Opening our first purchase left a strong impression - even with my daughter. Great care is taken with presentation. The packaging is strong, and our parcel arrived safe and sound. We are thrilled with our first order, and just placed another. We are checking the tracking number, to watch our girls cross the ocean! We know they will arrive safely and quickly. It was so exciting to be able to order Katja!! I was thrilled to find Matilda's book, because none of the book stores have it. And, since Cate is offering a Matilda bundle, I chose it! It will be an exciting parcel to open - very soon. I hope there will be a Lydia bundle... Then, the Sam bundle, and on the wish list goes! I really like that the CAD amount is shown, so I do not have to wonder what the exchange will be, and the shipping is reasonable. It is wonderful to learn about so many different companies and all they have to offer - I am sure I will always find the perfect item. The prams are terrific! otherwise known as baby carriages :) I had a pram from the UK for my son. You will be amazed by the quality of all the products. Frances Weeks Cain, of A Girl for All Time, said they are strong supporters of Cate and Petalina, so you know that Petalina is the best too.”

“Just bought my first Antonio Juan baby doll. She is so beautiful. The packaging is great and makes it more exciting to open. Clothes are beautifully made too. I will be ordering again. Delighted.”

“I have recently purchased two dolls and two doll carriers for my granddaughters and cannot fault the quality of the goods and the service provided by Petalina. “I bought a Bonikka rag doll for my grand daughter for Christmas. It arrived very quickly and was adequately packaged. It will be my grand daughter's first doll and I'm sure she will be as taken with her as I am. I am very impressed with the quality and attention to finish. A very appealing and safe doll for a babe. I would recommend Petalina to anyone looking to buy a doll, they have a huge selection and an easy web site to browse. I look forward to shopping for a baby doll in the future. “The doll is exactly the same as the photo on the website. The hair is a very good quality. The only disappointment is that the doll is a bit heavy and children managed to pull of the head easily. Some people said the doll looks odd because of its smile.”

Hello Maryana, thank you very much for your review. She is quite a large doll and is made entirely from vinyl so she is going to be quite heavy compared to fabric dolls. I am really concerned to hear that the children were able to pull her head off. I assume you mean that they can pull it and see the elastic that holds it on? This is normal and how dolls are held together. However, I would really discourage your children from pulling the head because they will strain the elastic and eventually her head will become floppy. If my assumption is wrong and they have actually pulled the doll's head off completely, then please can you get in touch so that we can rectify the situation as this should not happen. It's funny how some people like the smile and some people don't. I think the smile makes the dolls look as if they are having fun but I suppose it's a personal thing. As long as you and your children like the smile, then that is all that matters. Thanks again, Cate

“As always amazing service. I like to order and pay by phone. No hassle . Good sound advice on dolls clothes this time ! Parcel arrived promptly with everything I had asked for .
