“Very disappointed with this pram. Didn't think it was nearly as nice in person as it looked online. The material was cheap & flimsy and the overall pram was thin plastic. Update. I was in contact with Cate from Petalina regarding the original pram & she was very helpful in giving me details of how I could return the pram hassle free & at no cost to me. The return process was very straight forward. I was refunded my money within a week once Petalina had received the pram. Cate was very helpful sending me pictures of other better quality prams they had. I eventually choose an alternative which is overall a better pram although I personally thought it was still a bit pricey. The only thing I didn't like about the pram was the instructions, they were in small print & not very clear to read or understand however, after putting 2 wheel pieces on the wrong way we got there again with the help of Cate. Couldn't fault the customer service with Petalina. Thank you.”

Thank you so much for your feedback Nikki. We are no longer going to stock the pram you chose at first for all the reasons you describe, and we got there in the end with the second pram didn't we?! It was a useful exercise for me to do as well so that I understand completely how the La Nina prams are put together. I have also fed back to La Nina that the instructions are too small! Anyway, very pleased we sorted everything out and that you are pleased with the service you received. I hope your little girl loves her new pram. Thanks again, Cate.

“I can't comment personally on the dolls (I bought one for my granddaughter in Oxford for her birthday, and have just ordered one for another granddaughter in Glasgow for Christmas) because I am on the other side of the Atlantic. But I can report that the three-year-old granddaughter is Oxford is very pleased with "Hannah" and took her to church for her first blessing on her birthday, November 22nd. The only downside was the baby bottle, an extra included, which apparently made disconcerting noises during the service! My other granddaughter 22 months) will only receive her doll on Christmas Day, but I expect she will be just as pleased. The posting service is excellent!!! Now i am about to order some clothes and accessories for the Oxford granddaughter for Christmas. An excellent site for an absent grandmother! I shall see the dolls myself in February, when my husband and myself come to the U.K. to visit the families. Rosalie Osmond”

“Petalina packaged and shipped the doll the first business day after I placed the order and emailed me tracking info. Shipping to the Pacific Northwest took a few weeks; the doll arrived in perfect condition. Even with shipping costs from the UK to the States, the total price was less than the cost of buying the doll in the States. I would definitely buy from Petalina again!”

Hello Lynn, wow, I can't believe that it was cheaper to buy from us than to buy the same doll in the US, although our economy shipping is really good value which does help a lot I suppose, but I know it's not the fastest option. “We know a beautiful little girl who is of dual heritage and we have been struggling to find a baby doll who looks like her, all the dolls in the shops are white with a few black dolls, the doll we purchased is the perfect colour but it would have been nice if she also came in a larger size, anyway our little girl thought she was 'cute'.”

“I bought a We Girls doll, Veronika for my 5 year old grand-daughter, who had asked for a doll for her birthday. I wanted to get her a doll the same size as the American Girl doll she already has so that she can swap clothes and accessories between both. I did a lot of research and really liked the sound of this thoroughly European doll - a Polish brand made in Germany. The American Girl doll is made in China, I believe. The doll arrived beautifully packaged although the box was a little squashed. She is absolutely gorgeous and moves in quite a realistic way. I would recommend Petalina to anyone.”

Was it the outer box that was squashed causing the damage?
