“We are just thrilled with the prompt delivery and quality of the Gotz Anna doll and horse! I had spent a lot of time trying to find ANY doll of this quality here in the U.S., much less one with a horse But the personal help in answering my questions - via email - really made up my mind to purchase from Petalina. The doll and horse made it to Alaska from England in good time and they both look absolutely fantastic and of good quality. We can hardly wait to see our granddaughter's face when she opens them on Christmas. Thank you Petalina!”

“I love this shop. After looking all over in the U.S. , where I live (and I looked hard, believe me, because I didn't want to pay overseas shipping!)---and also looking at at other stores in Europe--I couldn't find anywhere else as reasonably priced as Petalina! Even the shipping wasn't too bad. I especially appreciated the wealth of information about each item on the website--much more detailed and thorough than at any of the other stores I looked at. It really helped me make a good decision on which doll I wanted to purchase. And to top it all off, shipping was fast and the doll arrived beautifully packaged with pink tissue paper and a ribbon. Thanks for a great experience.”

“This company is professional, courteous and fast - if there is any delay, I receive an e-mail and I am always notified when my parcel has been sent. It is a pleasure to purchase from Petalina UK..... I have purchased from America previously and many times although the service is almost similar...often the goods are inferior to the representations on the web. Petalina will never let you down and the products displayed on their web...do no disappoint when they arrive. Often when I use other web sites what you get.....is not always as good as what is diplayed ...Petalina is always my first choice! I cannot speak more highly... I am in Australia....and I am amazed at their fast delivery.”

“I purchases one of your doles a month ago. I tried to call you, and nobody picked up the phone. After I sent you an email, you answered that I will get it soon, but still nothing we have gotten. You even did not provide me with the trucking number..... It seems very confusing....”

Hello Lyudmila, thank you for letting us know that you have concerns about your order which was placed 2.5 weeks ago. Our shippers send all our customers the tracking number concerned but I will send this to you again today by email. Then (good news) you will see that USPS attempted to deliver the parcel yesterday to the name and address supplied but it was unsuccessful. Hopefully they have left a card letting you know if they will try again or if you need to go to the delivery office to collect it. I'm sorry if you feel this delivery time is too slow, but we do warn on our website that delivery takes longer at this time of year because our economy shipping uses worldwide parcel services which slow down at Christmas, but we also have an express service available to the US too which perhaps you could choose next time. I'm very sorry that we didn't pick up the phone - I realise this can be frustrating when you need to speak to someone. I'm sure you allowed for the time difference but had you had left a message we would have followed up. Similarly, had you let us know by email you were still concerned we would have looked into it again for you. Anyway, I am now hoping that once you receive your doll you will be very pleased with her and that it was worth the wait. Thanks again for your order. Cate

“I have purchased 2 beautiful dolls now from Petalina and have always received a great service from Cate. Sophia was the 1st Doll that I purchased for my 6 year old. She is truly a beautiful doll & so life like. The natural lines on her forehead and even a slight shimmering of in her nose. Every doll is hand finished so perhaps yours has rosy cheeks or a little pink button nose, you really do get your own unique baby doll to treasure. Jessica has also just joined our family- a wonderful beautiful doll. She has long flowing hair which can be washed, combed plated.. My 6 year daughter has not put her down since luckily obtaining her from Manor House school raffle. Jessica goes to birthday party's, out for family meals and has even spent the day at school with prep 2.... Wonderful Thank you Cate x”

“15 years ago an Spanish friend show me in Peru a catalog of Antonio Juan dolls and I fell in love with that delicate dolls. So when I move to the UK I think will be easy to find this dolls, but I was wrong, after many years of research and even in holidays in Spain I couldn't find "the doll" for my daughter. Around 6 months ago I found Petalina and not only I found the little precious doll, I found a secret door to the magic world of dolls and their variety is huge! So I found Hanna from Gotz, to be more exactly a Design Studio a doll that can bring to my daughter and me quality time exploring and sewing with my daughter. Thanks Petalina for a fantastic dolls selection. I can't wait for Christmas to arrive!”

“I came across this company while searching for some unusual dolls for my grand daughters Christmas gifts . There was so much to choose from , we were spoilt for choice ! Eventually my girls decided which dolls they liked , and I set about ordering to avoid the Christmas rush or delay . However ,within two days of ordering , my dolls were delivered . Not only are they gorgeous for the incredibly reasonable price ,but the boxes they came in are also beautiful , enhancing the gifts , which I know they will just love . Each box was carefully wrapped in pink tissue paper inside a sturdy box, and attention to detail meant even my receipt had a beautiful real fabric, pink spotted bow clipped to the top . To say I am impressed is an understatement . Little touches like this really make this company stand out from the rest , and I shall definitely be purchasing from them again . Thankyou Petalina .”
