“This is an amazing company for children to find a doll that looks realistic and helps encourage imaginative play . I bought my daughter for Christmas a beautiful doll called Alex a Lorena brand and a La Niña pram with matching bag, pink of course!. My daughter absolutely loved it! Thank you for making my daughters Christmas present one to remember forever xxxx P.s I think this company is amazing they also help with a charity where I picked up the presents from think it's amazing they help others.”

“My 3 year old, loves this. It smells lovely, its easy to handle. Bit small but that's a good thing. Only negative if there were to be one is the trouser/bottoms keep slipping off the satin body.”

Hello Gurjeet, thanks so much for the review. It's lovely to hear that your little one loves her PlayTime baby. I've always loved the idea of the satin fabric used for the body but I can imagine that this would cause a bit of slippage of the garments. I'll pass your feedback onto the supplier. Perhaps a baby all in one outfit would be better. I'm assuming too that you were pleased with the shopping experience and delivery from Petalina? Thanks very much, Cate

“The Corolle baby dolls are pretty and cuddly but my 2 three year old granddaughters find them heavy to carry around for long though they enjoy sitting them up for tea parties and putting them to bed. I am disappointed with the small choice of clothes to fit them. The Christmas outfit vest doesn't do up at all and most of the other clothes are too difficult for little people to dress and undress the dolls themselves - which is one of the reasons to give them dolls, isn't it? A clearer indication of which clothes actually fit these dolls specifically and which don't would have been helpful. Having ordered the dolls I was getting confused about what clothes would be suitable and have a few outfits, now unwrapped, which don't fit! Overall, lovely dolls but please more and specific clothes and ones that can be easily put on and taken off.”

Hello Susan, you chose the perfect Corolle dolls for sitting up and going to bed, and as your granddaughters grow up they will be easier to carry around, and because they have hair, they will last them for a few years yet. I'm sorry we didn't have many clothes this Christmas for Corolle dolls. It's certainly easier buying the same brand clothes for a guaranteed fit, but we just haven't been able to obtain a good range of them at all. I've been very frustrated about this too because they are such beautifully designed high quality products! However, we have just heard that the supply chain is changing for 2016 which will mean we can once again offer a really good range of Corolle dolls, dolls clothes and accessories and probably at better prices. And please don't feel confused in the future. Get in touch and we will help you find the right things. Also, with our returns policy, you can return anything to us that doesn't fit for an exchange or a refund. Thanks again, Cate

“Excellent. I spoke to Kate who was extremely helpful. I placed my order for 4 dolls for my four grand daughters and they were delivered in 36 hours! Needless to say the girls were thrilled when they opened them on Christmas Day! Thank you for all your help and speedy delivery! I shall be ordering some clothes for their birthdays! Ruth Gibbon”

“This was my first purchase. I will be adding dolls all year from this company. This is the most real baby that I have even purchased. A grandmother with four granddaughters over the years I have purchased my fare share of dolls, but this company has the best quality and the best service of any company. I will order another one by July of this year. You have my business from now on. This baby has the most life like features of any. The service getting it to us was faster than I thought it would be. I can say nothing but good things. I can't wait to order my next one.”

“I'm a returning customer I have two little girls that were over the moon with there presents this Christmas ..All thanks to petalina Everything in my huge Christmas order was stunning, everything was extra special as usual & the baby dolls were so beautiful & well made my 11 year old wanted them. “Very good site, doll was delivered quickly and was updated about the process every step of the way. That said, the Bonnie and Pearly doll I ordered has the most horrible hair that sheds and tangles so much, after only a few hours play I doubt it will last six months - complete waste of £80!”

Hello Marion, I'm sorry you feel like this. I've been trying to get information about your parcel for over a week now and the problem is that my shippers can't get information from Australia Post regarding small packets. Australia is about the only place that doesn't provide tracking services for packets but at least now they do for parcels over 2kg which is progress. I know it's frustrating as it's just a matter of waiting patiently and it will arrive, but with Christmas now here that isn't always easy! I'm going to follow up and make sure that emails are going out though because all customers should be receiving information - but it only works until the packets reach Australia and then no information is available. Having said all of this, our shippers do a great job of getting very large parcels to Australia in a couple of weeks for very competitive prices, so we do have lots of repeat customers. “I suggest you mention on the website that all categories of delivery are the same price. Apart from that your telephone assistance, advice etc were excellent; despite this being an exceptionally busy time of year (Christmas) i received my order next day having been notified of the time slot it would be delivered. Hello Erika, thanks for the feedback. Our delivery prices and explanation as to why some things are sent by First Class post (normally 24 hours) or Interlink Express (24 hours) are all laid out in the delivery and returns section of the website. I wonder if you didn't see that? On modern websites this information is placed at the bottom of the home page (as opposed to across the top of the home screen in the main menu) but one has to know to look there so you may have missed it. Anyway, it's great to hear that your order arrived very quickly and when it was supposed to even though we have been incredibly busy this year. Have a lovely Christmas, and thanks again. Cate
