“So impressed with Petalina. I made a mistake with my order, had to telephone and it was all sorted out immediately with great courtesy. The correct doll arrived within a couple of days and was beautifully packaged. The doll itself looks gorgeous but is not out of its packaging yet as it is a Christmas present. All in all one of my best online shopping experiences and I will be recommending Petalina to friends and family.”

“From start to finish the whole process of buying from Petalina was easy and a delight. “at petalina , i found the most beautiful collection of dolls, which cannot be found in any shops,i looked in every toy shops and toys department stores,and they all stock the same dolls and there is nothing special about them ,i am very excited to have found petalina and intend to treat myself to most of these beautiful dolls one by one,the service was great too and i recieved it very quickly. nadia”
