“great company friendly information passed on well, kept updated but not called back a few times when i called, the music in the showrooms is to loud and can be off putting in the showroom and when you call up, when I picked my car up there was no petrol in it so I had to wait while it was taking away to be filled up as it was ment to have £20 in it, that all being said I would purchase another car from them in the future”
“Overall I have no complaints with Peter Vardy Aberdeen. I did have one issue which was resolve but it did take much longer than it should have. I got the impression that my issue was not given any priority, and I was viewed as an inconvenience. However it was resolved eventually. The car I bought is my second Insignia and I went to Peter Vardy Aberdeen because they carried out all service and repairs on my 1st Insignia and I have always been more that satisfied with their Service Team/Dept.
In spite of my disappointing experience this time I will continue to use their Service Dept.”

“Didnt! Closed door sales evening was a huge disappointment. Probably ok if you're looking for a new Astra or Corsa and that was all the salesman focused on. I've got a top of the range DS5 2.0L dsport and told him I wanted something as good, so why didn't he show me the Insignia range for example?? Anyway it was a bit of a damp squib, certainly can't see me changing for a Vauxhall anytime soon, sorry Peter Vardy! Also, foolishly made the mistake of not reading the SMALL print and thought I was getting a gift for turning up, mmmmmmm dummy. Capital D!!”
“Excellent service right up to the handover computer wouldn't work then couldn't find a stapler tried next desk but nothing there then went to set up the insurance for the 5days and was told could not get it . We were told the day before that we could get it. By good luck I had taken the insurance certificate. Would have been terrible if we had to go back to Wick without the new car.”

“We were not as happy with the service we received as we hoped we would be. We were made a few promises that were not kept. We had to take the car back to have work done after 3 days and never got it back when we were told we could have it back”

“I was disappointed with the lack of communication on how things were moving forward with my purchase, I was delighted with the service received on the day I picked up my new car. I have had my car one week and I,ve had to replace front and back wiper blades, as I could not see out of windows when driving in heavy rain, this was a cost of £30 which I was not happy about as these should have been checked before I picked up my car.”
“The salesman was very helpful and informative. He made me understand what i was getting for my money and i was happy with my deal.
However it took the 3 times to go to the showroom before i got anywhere with a salesman.
When the car was handed over the MOT certificate was not included and i had to sort this out the next day.
All in all the car is good and i am happy with it. However i felt a couple of things could have been improved.”
“I paid extra to protect my car £240 and when it was delivered it was not cleaned, I feel I got ripped off. the polish was slapped on and the vehicle is still dirty. I spoke to salesman and waiting for me to get back to me.”

“I booked to test drive the car after seeing it on the internet. I received different phone calls the following day from different people regarding the correct and the incorrect vehicle. The video was sent for the incorrect vehicle. I called to confirm the test drive would be for the correct car and left a message - no return of call so I turned up at the garage and they were at least expecting me. I test drove the car and I liked it, I agreed to pay for it and return 2 days later to collect it. On collection there was a warning light appearing that had not been there when I test drove it. No-one was available to fix it so I had to take the car and then leave work early the next day to return it to be looked at. It then needed a sensor replacing so I agreed to bring it in the following Wednesday, my next day off, for it to be replaced. I had to drive my nice new car with a warning light on, not the best start in building confidence in a vehicle. My husband then dropped off my car key on the Wednesday for me and it took 20 minutes of people faffing about before they found out it had been booked in for the work to be done. I then collected the car on Wednesday afternoon, almost a week after collecting it. Not the experience we had previously with Peter Vardy and certainly not one I would recommend for others.”
“No fuel in car when got it lucky to get to station before we ran out. The oil gauge was reading replace oil. But car was suppose to be serviced
In all this our car salesman (eddie) was fantastic and a pleasure to do business with.”
“Things could have gone smoother and finance details could have been made clearer. Car was received pretty dirty which was hard to notice on collection as it was dark.”
