I have had poor customer service from the team at Aberdeen Vauxhal almost as soon as I said would buy the used car, Mazda 3. Firstly there were a number of defects on the bodywork and glass that I was assured would be "Fixed". The alloy wheels were in need of refurbishment, but I didn't mention them even though I knew they needed attention. All of the work was to be done and the car ready for collection on 30/03/2016. I Arrived and the car had not had any work done. I was assured that the work would be done but it was "month end" and they were busy. Fine, tell me that and don't promise something that will not be delivered. I returned on the Thursday to collect the car and the wheels had been done to perfection but the bodywork issues had not been looked at siting "month end". I spoke to one of the body worker and he explained what would be done and I accepted that and purchased the car. I have since noticed that the car mats are missing and I have been in contact with the salesman to find out if they are still at the garage. He said he would check and get back to me but has not despite me leaving messages for him. The salesman Ryan Fitzpatrick is a pleasant chap with a good one on one rapport with me but his follow up service has been very disappointing. I am now concerned that when I drop the car off on Saturday this week to get the bodywork done that the service will not be to the required standards. I still wait for a response about the car mats and have since ordered new ones at cost of £41.94 to myself. I was assured at the outset that this would be a different experience from any other car I have bought as they would not give me the hard sell. I accept that there was much less pressure to buy and that salesmen will inevitably try to sell, but the trick to great customer experience and repeat shoppers is ensuring that the experience is as painless as possible. On this occasion the experience is continuing to fall below my expectation. Please sort this out. Thanks.

My review is based around the presentation of the car. The valet that the car was given was not very thorough and left me feeling less than satisfied. I have been offered a free collection and valet for next month but that did little to alleviate my feelings at the time. This was a major step up in quality of vehicle for me and frankly I expected more. My previous purchases from VW and BMW were better presented and left me with a pleasant feeling. Your next test will be the next valet .

when I received the car I was disappointed to find after signing all paperwork . to find that their were no parking sensors and also no armrest in between drivers and passengers side.i thought going for an upgrade that I would get the same as my last car. I was very disappointed especially when I have been a valuable customers over the years. the Vauxhall zaphira is great to drive but if I had known that the car didn't have the sensors or armrest I wouldn't have taken it.i went back to dalgety bay to pick up a pastel shelf and mentioned this to alex who sold me this he said he could change car for me but it would cost a bit more I told him not to bother.i am not one for complaining but I should have been told about the sensors and armrest many thanks ivor murray.

Thestaff involved were fine. The IT let them down. The initial purchase of the car took longer than necessary as the salesman had to keep waiting for the computer system to allow him onto the network. I decided to order a load space liner whilst I was there. The IT delays were repeated in the spares department. A lot of time was spent waiting for connections. When I rang with a question about the abscence of a log book no one was available to take my call . I was assured that an internal e miail would be sent and someone would ring back. Phone calls on the following two days did not result in a reply. On my return from a week away I finally got through

Quite poor service overall, had to wait over an hour to be seen on my first visit. Was really keen on a car so I stuck it out and bought it to then wait almost 4 weeks to collect it due to the v5 and a staffing problem. then find scratches, that I was told were going to be gone. On the upside was given a car for the weekend before my car was ready.

from knowing what car I wanted and stating what I wanted with it still resulted in get a sale pitch for stuff you've already said u don't want, then to get the car and have to go back week later to get it fixed, then having to hang about all day while they look it over and then they have to get it authorised do work on the car makes it even longer wait, there a lot going on and maybe if they stopped slowed down and and just gave it that person touch to save people hanging around waiting, not all of us have time to wait and even if we do still pisses you off, don't get me wrong my sales guy was great and a good one at that ( but then am paying his wages) would he of been so helpful if wasn't,

The person we were dealing with was lovely, but when asked to fix a chip he has seemed to blow us off a bit.

They were very friendly and tried to get things done quickly. Although I was always allowed to fall through the cracks. They were a day later getting my car registered than planned. Which meant they had to postpone the meeting to sign the financial agreement but made me wait 20 minutes after the agreed meeting time to tell me it wouldn't happen making me late for work. A new meeting time was then agreed which after waiting for the rep for 45 mins I had called the branch twice and her personal mobile 3 times for no answer. Eventually they called back and said they would be there in another 2 hours. From that point they then on time and did everything quickly. I just felt I wasn't a valued customer with always getting pushed back without warning

Recently received a card from Peter Vardy about a spring service. The price of £29.99 was fair and was ready to book until I was told it would be about 4 hours to do, which would be OK if there was a courtesy car offered. Sadly Peter Vardy would not supply one. Having purchased my car in September from P. Vardy kdy I would have preferred they service my car but unfortunately I have to take my car to another garage that offers courtesy car whilst yours is being serviced. Such a shame Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy.

My in-store experience was normal to good. Friendly enough and the sales people were willing to negotiate a deal. I have no complaints and by the same token nothing to feel too excited about. I have completed a previous online questionnaire and complained about the valeting of my car after I picked it up. When I took it home I realised the valeting had been very shoddy. However, my wife thought the little bouquet presented was a nice touch.

The sales team were helpful and hospitable. The documentation was incomplete at the time of purchase such that we needed to bring the car back in for an MOT and we needed to ask for confirmation of previous services.

Service provided was really friendly and the process was generally quite easy. There were a couple of things which didn't go to plan e.g. I was supposed to be collecting the car on the Tuesday and had the day off work, only to be phoned in the morning to be told that they hadn't realised the car needed it's MOT - this meant I couldn't collect the car until the Saturday in the end, which was quite inconvenient. The car was in a good condition when I collected it, however as soon as I drove away I noticed a huge chip in the windscreen, and later noticed a further two smaller ones. I was told that I would be phoned on the Monday and that they would arrange for autoglass to come out, however I still haven't heard anything, and am just about to call the showroom myself. Not the best service in that respect, which is a shame. Otherwise, the salesmen were helpful and friendly.

In 09/30/2015 I bought a car registration number SB61UPN in Edinburgh. Customer service leaves much to be desired why? One example : ,, I have been an appointment, to buy a car at 7 pm, but the seller does not have time for me until 7.45 pm. Car dealership was closed at 8 pm, so filling out paperwork and handing the keys has been done in haste. Because outside began the dark I could not exactly see the car. For my question about the condition of the car I was assured that everything is ok and if something goes wrong they will all repairs. The next day I turned out that the rear right headlight is cracked. So I called to seller notify him about it. I have got the answer that lamp is out off stock and must be ordered. Today is already 3 months and I have not got a reliable answer when it be enumerates. In addition, the documents which I received from DVLA contains an error in my name and surname. I guess is the seller in a hurry wrong I typed in my personal information.I already tried to call the service without effect. I was thinking that buying a car for 6,000 pounds , I'll be duly respected because In the future I may be a potential customer who can bay a new car. I'm sorry for the mistakes I am still learning English. Yours faithfully Radoslaw Jurczyszak

I was quite happy when I bought my car, but the salesman forgot to put the mats that I have paid for in my car and as it was dark when I picked it up I didn`t notice so that meant I had to go back to the salesroom and collect them, Then I realised I didn`t get any tyre caps so rather than going back again I just went to halfords which is close to me and bought them myself. A week after I bought the car I then received a letter which I had to collect from the post office as it had to be signed for and I wasn`t in when then postman came, in the envelope there was 2 documents 1 which was highlighted at a signature and a date which I presume I have to sign then post back to them but there was no complimentary slip or anything in the envelope with these documents, so now I will have to phone peter vardy and ask them about these documents. So I have done a lot of running about sorting things which I shouldn`t have to do after spending £9,000 in cash. So not vewry happy with the after care.

I was told the car would be serviced when I was picking it up but this was not done, it was me that noticed it, This should of been picked up, it shows a lack of attention to detail. Once I brought it up I was to make an appointment the next week which I did and was carried out yesterday. I was asked for feedback by Holly before I collected the car. Also something I noticed that when you arrive on site it is very confusing were to park, what cars are for sale, and the Vauxhall cars are not beside the Vauxhall showroom it is jaguars.
