“1. There is an administration that nobody mentioned until I took my card out to pay. It wold have been nice to know about it before even going to see the car.
2. During delivery one of the alloys was curbed. I got it repaired later but that meant taking leave off work and losing one day in the service.
3. The wiper blades were useless and had to be replaced even though the car had just been MOTeed an that's one of the things that has to be checked. I had to replace them at my expense.
4. When the price was removed from the car, the windscreen was badly damaged.
5. The car was devered without any mats even though it was a used car.
6. After purchase, the car had been retained at the garage for 4 days, time in which I should have considered some expensive insurance.”

“I have no complaints the way the retailer handled my purchase of the vehicle I was pleased with the way everything was done, and I even received the vehicle weeks before the date as was told.
I did miss the call back but you were closed when I phoned back but everything has been fine I have had no problems so far.
I would recommend for Vauxhall to put smaller aerials on top of the car as I am having to remove mine before putting it in the garage as it would just get caught I have stated this to Vauxhall as well during a review I did for them.

“The sales staff at Peter Vardy's proved their worth when within hours of taking delivery of our car it had a heart attack south of Forfar. Fortunately it was able to move at around 45mph. We phoned Lang Stracht & were pointed towards the Vauxhall agency in Forfar. I would recommend they get lessons in how to deal with people in distress . Any of your personnel would qualify as more than capable of tutoring the unfortunates.Your staff surpassed themselves on Saturday 19 th March & again on Monday when our car was fixed & since then has proved to be a veritable dream.

“From visiting the showroom for the first time and thereafter all subsequent visits, the staff (especially Wayne Hulse) at Peter Vardy were very friendly and professional. Wayne was actually on vacation when the handover was due but he volunteered to go into work to complete the handover to ensure continuity with the whole process which benefits the customer. In some other car dealerships you can be ignored or pressurized however at Peter Vardy (Jaguar) in Aberdeen the staff got the balance correct. They allowed time for you to look and think when required but were on hand and very knowledgeable about their products when required.
The attention to detail was great and the premises were clean and welcoming.
