Next day noticed two black scrapes reported and told to bring the car in and they would repair was told it would be a couple of hours was there for five and when it was done it was shabby could see paint runs and finish was rough,three weeks later I am still waiting to get repaired. “I'm a caravanner so obviously I require a towbar to be fitted, so I was disappointed to find that Peter doesn't provide this service in the Aberdeen complex, the work is farmed out, so it means that brand new cars are being modified by non Vauxhall trained staff. Not an entirely satisfactory situation.”
