This is the first time I have purchased a car through a dealer. I was expecting some unwanted pressure sales pitch & loads of smarm to back it up. Happily I was totally wrong, A sales man called Dane introduced himself, allowed us to browse unhindered but was at close hand to offer advice when it was sought. On choosing a car Dane took us through all the relevant paper work & legal speil, told us what we should do next & gave us a date when all things should be completed & we could pick up the car. A Truly pleasant experience all round,so why did'nt I give full marks? well i can't wait to see how they might improve on such a good service when I trade in in 3 yrs time . Many thanks Dane & to your colleagues who kept us topped up with as much coffee as we could take. :)”

One negative point on the quality of the valet service, I noticed that the mats had been put in before the car had been hoovered as I discovered some debris under the driver and passenger mats. Not a huge problem but when you buy a brand new car you don't expect to find any dirt.

“I came into the store looking for an Astra GTC and Scott Hamilton sorted everything out in a non pushy and very efficient manner. I signed the paperwork within a few hours and managed to get my car a mere 3 days later.
Absolute first class service from Scott. I had previously mentioned that I walked out of Arnold Clark due to pushy salesmen however Scott made me feel at ease and got me a fantastic deal. All the other staff I interacted with were also great especially Laura when she was giving me my keys and finalising the paperwork.
