“Salesman was excellent, but car was 2 weeks later than I expected, phoned a few times for an invoice to be sent out to me, I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Once I paid for the car it seems that is where the customer service ends. I purchased a viva, I am very happy with the car, but I need an invoice for gap insurance as proof, not a purchase order, which differs slightly. As I said salesman was excellent, but not even an email or phone call to follow up and I wasn't informed of the 1 year breakdown service, which I found out about from a friend. The staff are lovely and very helpful, just very lacking in aftercare service.”

“Always having to chase things up and never getting a call back. Went in past about water in the break light was told will be on top of it and will give you a call never happened, a week later went in past about the dashboard not working and told the chap about the rear break light, was told can you please come in on Monday morning so wife did thinking it would be looked at only to be told to book the car in for Wednesday just a wasted journey. Then phoned about a payment they should of payed was told we would phone back at lunch time never received any call this is the next day so phoned again and now guess.... Yes waiting for a phone call. Had enough.”

“Initial process very smooth and friendly. Could not do enough for me in securing my business, however, once I picked my new car up the service went downhill. Was promised a courtesy callback within 48 hours, but this has never materialised. Also believe that £20 of fuel promised in car was not there and had to return car within 2 days to have a fault recitified, all at my own expense and time. Also promised on original deal a £500 fuel allowance but this never happened! Was told that this particular deal had expired the day before. Have logged complaint with Peter Vardys head office in Glasgow, still awaiting response. Very dissatisfied with overall service.”
